Used Ginger Ted for the first time & would highly recommended them. I ordered a waterproof shower coat for my dog & the quality & fit is great. Also the service & timescale were fast & efficient. Will definitely be using this company again.

Recieved defective item returned it and denied refund by ginger ted a third party seller on amazon. Clearly a cowboy firm best avoided ignorant customer service poor quality goods literally fell apart in a month. AVOID much better firms out there why take the chance? UPDATE. I'm not sure why the cowboy keeps ranting about rain the dog where's his rain jacket when it's raining the stitching around the neck on the coat has come away also the badge is coming undone clearly a sign of poor workmanship. Nothing incorrect or misleading about that Clint.

I purchased a coat and Jumper last year for my young Dachshund girl. I was really happy with the communication, service and quality of the coat back then. Although she has hammered the coat through various different walks & elements over the last year, the quality of the coat is still the same a year later as it was day one.
Unfortunately, as a lot of Dachshund owners are familiar with, she got past 18mths, she grew stocky so her coat no longer fitted. I didn’t hesitate to return back to Ginger Ted’s but unfortunately we had the largest Dachshund coat in the section and needed slightly bigger. As most owners are aware it’s difficult to find a suitable coat due to short legs & long bodies. Because of the Fantastic communication last time I had no hesitation in writing back and sending pictures of the dilemma we were experiencing. Communication was fantastic again. Due to the fact it was mainly the straps being a little short because of her large chest & broad front shoulders. I decided to purchase a new coat and Ginger Ted offered to alter both the straps so the coat would fit around her chest & shoulders. Success! We have a Dachshund coat that actually fits, which can be an achievement to find a suitable coat.
Another satisfied returning customer from Ginger Ted! All I can say is if you have a product in mind and it’s not quite right size wise, don’t leave the page get in touch with Ginger Ted. They have always been so helpful & accommodating with us so I’m sure they will be happy to help, so give them a message! We would definitely re return & recommend Ginger Ted if needed in the future!

Fantastic service from Ginger Ted! I ordered a coat for my Podenco which fitted perfectly apart from the strap being much too short as she is very muscly. I sent it back and Ginger Ted made a longer strap for me so it now fits perfectly. Very happy with the service and also the quality and fit of the coat!

Bought a winter coat for my greyhound. It fits great. Also bought the advent calendar with natural treats. The delivery was super quick and got some free poop bags which was a nice surprise. Would definitely use again.

Fast delivery service. The lightweight raincoat for my whippet is an excellent, going down over her quarters and with a good fitting high neck. Well made with strong waterproof material at a very affordable price. Highly recommended

We bought a sighthound coat for our Doberman due to difficulties with fit from other suppliers. The coat fitted perfectly except for the strap. Reluctantly we returned the coat and risked asking for a bigger size. Ginger Ted made the effort to read our reason for return and to think of a solution. They offered to replace the strap with a longer one. The coat is perfect, our little girl loves it and it looks the business on her. We can't thank them enough.

Good fit, plus keeps her stomach warm. Where other makes are much shorter underneath.

Just an absolutely brilliant company!

In this age of increasingly awful 'online shopping' experiences of, often, equally awful low quality and poorly designed items, Ginger and Ted have somehow found a way to make great, high quality products at affordable prices with sales, despatch, and customer relationship processes that are responsive and feel personal while also being very efficient.
For my most recent purchase, I chose to buy from Ginger and Ted directly, rather than via another certain global corporation, and processing and despatch was even more efficient.

Lovely website that's easy to use and has a great choice of products. The coat I purchased was perfect for our dachshund (not an easy dog to get a coat for) and was waterproof and with a warm fleecy lining. It'll be ideal for the autumn winter as we'd hoped.

I have (so far!) bought three coats for my sighthound and fox terrier from Ginger Ted. Lightweight high viz raincoat and fleece lined waterproof. They are well made, generous dog coats in great colours. Fast delivery, five star customer service and a pack of poo bags thrown in for good measure. What's not to love?

I’ve bought coats for our lurchers and greyhounds from Ginger Ted a few times now. There’s a good selection and the coats are of good quality. If you need to arrange returns ( it’s not always easy for you to get sighthound sizing just right ) and subsequent replacements, this company are very obliging.
