After ordering a coat sat morning it arrived on Sunday. The guide on fitting was easily understood,therefore a perfect fit. Quality is second to none and with a reusable shopping bag and 50 poo bags...I love ginger Ted and so does Albert. Thankyou. X

I’m really impressed with everything from this company. Was looking for a raincoat for my rain hating pug. I’ve never found one before now that fit her perfectly. It’s easy to put on and take off which is a plus for her too. Looks lovely. Keeps her warm and dry. It’s really well made too. Will use again for sure.

A coat that finally fits my 15mth old JRT! She's long & thin, weighs 5.7kg so not your average build of a JRT & finding a coat was difficult until I found Ginger & Ted. Wanted a coat that was warm, waterproof and with a harness hole & after measuring her, I was able to find a coat that would fit in length as well as body & it fits perfectly! I also like the fact it has a collar so covers her neck. Fantastic quality & came with a bag, handy for storing coat during Summer, & some handy biodegradable poo bags. My excitement was not met with same enthusiasm from Pup but she'll be happy when she's warm & dry! Will probably order a tweed coat for Spring/Autumn dry, cold days. Also Ginger Ted was recommended to me by a Dacshund owner who pointed out that although my Pup is longer in leg than a Sausage, her body length wasn't which is something I'd not thought about( her Sausages have been paid in treats!).

Fantastic quality coat and excellent customer service!
This is our second purchase from Ginger Ted having previously bought a lovely fleece coat, and this time we needed a light rainproof one. Initially the coat I ordered was a little on the small side (my fault) and the lead placement hole didn’t work for us as our dog wears a harness where the attachment is further back. However, we were able to return the coat without issue and the customer service was excellent and really efficient. We received a bespoke replacement with perfectly placed harness hole in a super quick turnaround time! The coat is really lovely quality and this company clearly cares about making dogs and their owners happy- thank you!

Easy to use website, products are superb and the material does the job just nicely. The dayglo yeloow raincoat can be seen a way off which is ideal for my reactive hound. The only grip is the hole at the neck join which is a waste of time for a greyhound collar.

Lovely high vis raincoat. Very lightweight, comfortable, fits well, waterproof a present for a family member in yellow with an orange name, a third year birthday present for a jack russell, dog and owner very pleased with it!

I have bought several coats from Ginger Ted over the past couple of years, and have been delighted with each one. I recently needed some help with the velcro on two of them (not the company's fault) which was sorted out quickly. I have recommended GT to quite a few people whilst I've been out walking my greyhound Rocky, as they often stop to admire both him and his coats! My favourite is the tartan one with fleece lining. Very smart. The chap who runs GT is very helpful, friendly and personable. Top marks!
