I only wish I found this site before I found Girlznight!

I ordered GHD's plus a whole load of Redken stuff - my order was almost £200. After about a week I hadn't got anything so sent them an email. I got a response saying they were despatched and on there way - same as other reviews! Next day a guy called Gerry rang me and said he was sorry I hadn't had my stuff and he'd like to give me Cloud Nines instead for my hassle, which are more expensive. I didn't really trust this but he said if i didn't like them them I could return. Got them a few days later with the wrong heat protection spray and nothing else. I can't remember how many times I've email and how many times I've called in the last few weeks but basically kept getting told yeah they are enroute - total lies! I eventually phoned last week and said I wanted my cash back. Gerry told me to give him 1 more day and he'd make it worth my while, he'd phone me back. No phone call! I rang him and told him what I thought - I wanted a refund and a receipt for the Cloud Nines as I didn't have one. Still not had anything, so called again today, Gerry answered and when I asked to speak to him he asked who it was and said wait a minute. I knew it was him but said nothing. He then came back and said he'd get Gerry to phone me back! It was him all along. I can assure you there will be no return phone call.
PLEASE DON@T USE THEY COWBOYS UNLESS YOU WANT WEEKS OF HASSLE FOR NOTHING IN RETURN. Try Luxury Haircare, they are excellent.

Ordered GHDs on Wed 16th September, and was under the impresssion they would be here within 48 hours!! That NEVER happened! After reading these review I was really worried, so after many phone calls ( a lot of them either just rung out or was constantly engaged) and e mails they did eventually turn up a week later! GHDs are fab, but would not use this company again!!

I received my order quickly but did not receive the free items as promised, I sent and e-mail which they did reply to several weeks later saying they would send the items but they never did show up. I wanted to order another product but won't give my business to this company again.

I`m very satisfied about customer service of Girlznight.It` s just excellent.
My problem has been sorted out stright away. I would recommend Girlznight Company to everybody.And I`m so happy about quality of product which I bought last time from your website.I`ll definetlly visit you again.

I ordered several items through Girlznight.co.uk over a month ago. I received one of the items (after a delay) with a hand-written scrawled note to say that the other products were "to follow". I contacted the company to ask for more information - I'd paid for the items upfront and wanted to know when to expect them - but they were VERY unhelpful and offhand.

Initially they assured me the items I ordered would be with me in a "couple of days" but that was over five weeks ago. I am yet to receive anything and the unprofessional people at Girlznight have since totally avoided me. They do not respond to emails or telephone calls and, as far as I can see, have no intention of refunding my payment or sending me the items I have paid for.

I am totally disgusted by their "service" and strongly suggest that you avoid this website and the con artists who run it. Taking money for something that you do not deliver is the same as stealing.

The worst online retail experience I've ever had and judging by a lot of these reviews I'm not sure how this terrible site is still running :(

Never have I ever had such a bad experience when shopping online. Not only do 'Gerry' and 'David' who maintain their online website refuse to answer the phone - they tell lies.
Girlznight.co.uk used the severe weather conditions as an excuse for their incompetence. Having paid for recorded delivery that is what I and certainty trading standards expect from any company, however 2 weeks later when the item I had ordered (and paid for) had not arrived, when asking for the tracking number I was informed by 'Gerry' that the item had not been sent by this method. Which was of course A LIE because the item had not been sent AT ALL.
With no other option but to demand a refund I was assured this had been put through and that I would be receiving my money back, here I am now still item-less and penniless.
I have wasted weeks of my time trying to chase up these bunch of con artists, so much so that they no longer answer my calls.
I warn anybody who is drawn in by their attractive prices NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

girlznight is a website which sells professional hair & make up products and a wide variety of shampoos and conditioners. Brands on girlznight include wella, tigi bed head and new id cosmetics.

The products change regularly so i often visit every week to have a look what has been added

I often order opi nail polish and id cosmetics lip glosses...probably too many but they are so amazing that it is hard to resist.

Delivery
Delivery is free no matter how much you order, i think this is a reasonable price to pay ;) The products are well wrapped and delivery is very quick, i have never waited more than 4 days for my products to be delivered which is great!

Customer service
On one occassion i had to email girlznight about a missing product and i received an email back within 60 minutes and the issue was dealt with quickly and effectively. Really good customer service in my opinion

I often use girlznight for christmas and birthday gifts as i get such good products and save money at the same time!

I will continue to regularly use girlznight and stronly recomment the site to others

Summary: Great Site!

I went to the salon for a fake bake spray tan with my friend last week. Now I've had this treatment but she has not. We were not offered makeup wipes to clean our faces. The actual treatment was fine, but there was no chat, just in and out these are your poses. When i've had this done before I've had the sticky feet things on to make sure your feet don't stain. This didn't happen this time, my feet are a disgrace, they've not been tanned properly. After the treatment the girl informed me she would let it dry for a couple of minutes and then come back to check it was ok, when she returned she just peeped round the corner and said i could get dressed without checking the tan. Upon leaving, my friend said she couldn't wait to get home for a bath - I had to tell her that she couldn't wash it off until the morning because the salon had neglected to tell her this. Would not recommend this salon at all.

I have read a few mixed reviews about girlznight and was anxious about ordering from them. In my opinion, the customer service at girlznight is very good and this (apart from cheap prices) keeps me buying from them time after time. girlznight keep me well informed of the status of my orders and whenever I had to contact them, I received a reply promptly.

A few times, I wanted to buy a product which currently wasn’t in their range and they were very proactive – either telling me when it would likely to appear again or suggesting an alternative product that I could use. I have never needed to return a product, nor I had any complaints, so cannot comment on how the service looks like in that case. However, they offer a money back guarantee should you not be satisfied with their products and, based on my experience with this shop to date, I have no reason not to believe in this claim.

Contacting girlznight couldn’t be easier – it seems that they encourage feedback and are very attentive. You can reach them using an online form, send email (also through their website), fax or contact them by snail mail.

The website looked quite professional and the reviews on this site seemed good overall so I placed an order online for 140 pounds worth of goods.

However the goods didnt arrive. So after sending several emails which decreased in their politeness I eventually got a response saying I would receive the order shortly. After another week or so I started the several emails process again in order to get a response as to when my order will be delivered. This time they asked for my number so they could call me. I spoke to the part owner apparently, and he assured me I would receive the goods within a week and apologised for their lack of customer service and admitted it was appalling. After giving him the benefit of the doubt i left it another 2 weeks and still no delivery. So again the email sequence starts in order for a response, this time threatening with a VISA chargeback in order to get a refund, as they failed to issue me with one when i asked. This time they said my order would be there by friday or monday at the latest.......... the following friday I contacted VISA to get my money back which was refunded within a week.

For some reason this site has many good reviews, however please check other review sites and you will see many with the same story as me. just google girlznight reviews and check the sitejabber result.

Take my advice and stay away from this company if you do not want some serious headaches!

NOTE: After my transaction with this company my credit card details were fraudulently used online in an attempt to spend around 1000 pound. I had to have my card reissued. This was the only company i had dealt with recently. You have been warned.

They charged me 1100 pounds for a hair product that was 11 pounds- and they do not answer any email, neither do they refund my money!

I bought a shampoo for 6,61 £ and they made a withdrawal from my account for 661£. When I emailed them and told them about this thay answered thay they should correct this. But now, 2 weeks after this happend I still haven´t got my money back and they do not answer emails. This is totally unacceptable and I do not recommed you to shop from this company!!!

I have ordered from girlznight.uk a few times now, everytime for my family with plenty of women. Have always had smooth transactions. Am pleased with the products and their fast delivery, easy check outs. Customer service at this store is top-notch. Very helpful. I bought the Tigi S-factor gift set for my wife. Product was delivered the next day with overnight shipping paid. Appreciate your accuracy after my last minute purchase. Thanks guys. Great store.

Used and tried several products for my thick and curly hair with little to not any good results. Cloud 9 does the job better than any other, for me and especially with not that high of a heat setting. Came with a free accessory and a heat mat. Got a good discount and free Tropez perfect legs. Shipping was done very promptly with a tracking number facility. The store is very professional and customer oriented. Will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks for the deal.

A friend told me about this online store. This is a very good price compared to some other brands. It works real good and I don’t have to go all that high on the heat setting to get a good, glossy finish. Am really impressed with their catalog. Instead of trying to sell everything and make it so hard for the customer to find out where to find the product of their choice, this store specializes in hair and skin products. Very customer friendly store with good products.

I ordered a hairdryer from Girlznight in mid September. It never arrived. It has taken maybe 15 phone calls from me to them and I STILL have not received my refund. Am about to take legal action and will be reporting them to any appropriate organisations I can find. Trading Standards Agency etc. Totally unacceptable, worst online experience I have ever had. Will continue to report on my experience until I get my money back. If this doesn't happen soon will be contacting the local press to highlight what is going there and to warn any future clients of theirs.

This is a great product. I was always skeptical about at-home tanning creams. But this is easier than real tanning. Especially to be able to spray a tan tint to the body without hours of scorching sun. I love this store. The cost is far cheaper than spending hours at the beach for tan. Shipping was so prompt. Excellent store for people like me who don't have enough time to shop around a huge upscale store.

I ordered my goods on the 12th August i have not received the goods and was told i would receive a refund...... i am still waiting. Worst company i have ever ordered from.

Ordered from girlznight over another website as I had a discount code from a magazine so I thought I'd give them a try. 2 weeks after I had placed my order the parcel arrived completely wet through as if something had leaked in the package so I refused delivery. I contacted girlznight countless times by email to request a refund (and attempted to phone but the line was constantly engaged), most of which were ignored. To cut a very long story short, it took my husband phoning and threatening them with legal action for me to get a refund. As has been said before DO NOT USE!!!

1st time i ordered items came within a few days, 2nd time after 2 weeks i sent an e-mail asking where products were they said they were on their way sure enough they arrived a few days later but this time i ordered the items money came out of account same day 2 weeks later no product, sent e-mail said on its way 1 week later still nothing since then i have tried emailing & phoning with no reply it is now over a month since i ordered. I will definatly not be using this company again the products may be cheaper but next time i am going to pay the extra at least they will arrive!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!
