WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! Their customer service is the worst from a "High End" clothing. Has 2 packages coming to my home and there was a big deal to remove the stupid restriction of redirecting my package to pick up at a local UPS Store. So now i need to be home all day waiting for the UPS driver.

I purchased a Givenchy lipstick as a…

I purchased a Givenchy lipstick as a gift, hoping for high quality and a luxurious product from this brand. However, the lipstick was disappointing. The color that seemed promising on the packaging turned out to be completely different and didn't meet expectations.
Furthermore, the texture of the lipstick was too dry and applied heavily on the lips. It quickly dried out, leaving an uncomfortable feeling of dryness and wore off within a short time. Surprisingly, despite its high price, the quality fell short. I cannot recommend this product as a gift due to its unsatisfactory characteristics.

I reported this and they asked for photos I sent these
2 months later still nothing and now they don’t respond to my emails
Don’t buy anything from these crocks

Givenchy MBS incredibly poor experience.

Givenchy Singapore (MBS). One of the worst shopping experiences of my life, and will never buy from Givenchy again, i just hope my experience i am about to write will make others think before entering the store. I visited Givenchy, June 18th looking for a black handbag, and explained to the saleswoman at the time, that i had seen a lovely black Chanel bag in the store next door and so was in two minds whether or not to get the Givenchy bag. She was very quick to play down Chanel and persuaded me that the Givenchy bag was the way to go. I purchased it on the spot under typical sales pressure (my mistake there) took it home and within 3 days realised i wanted the Chanel bag. I phoned up the store, apologised and told them that i really wasnt happy about my choice, and promptly told this. Im sorry, we dont do refunds! We will swap the bag or give you a credit note. To my utter dismay! Only 3 days had passed and Givenchys policy is that as soon as you purchase something, you can not get any refund. This was never explained in store, and i have an email from Givenchy stating that the store staff do NOT have to let you know this. I find this incredible that this is allowed to happen, and currently taking legal action against Givenchy MBS because of this. I hope this experience serves as a good reminder to others. I have not had this experience with Chanel and they have welcomed returns.

Do not buy from Givenchy

I bought a £550 t shirt from Givenchy and was sent a dirty used t shirt, I sent pictures of this within 10 minutes of signing for the parcel and three and a half weeks later I’ve still not received a refund or a returns form. They are a zero stars business, by a country mile the worst customer service you will ever encounter, they’re sending out used items at full price and you need to fight to get your money back. I’ve now had to involve my bank to take the money back out their account

Poor service for bag repair

My husband sent his bag to get a repair to a zip on one of the front pockets. It took 6 months and when he got the bag back the zip was the wrong way round…..looks so bad!!
Will never buy Givency again, some fashion house!!

Givenchy doesn't stand behind craftsmanship and quality of their product, nor customer satisfaction.

I would like to begin by stating that my experience with Givenchy client services has been nothing but a horrible disappointment and an overall draining unpleasant experience!!! On 10/29/2022 I purchased my wife a pair of Givenchy Shark Lock Boots size 37.5 (order # US00214577) as a gift for Christmas. I placed the order directly from Givenchy online and the total cost was 2608.00$. On 2/4/2023 my wife and I went out to a dinner engagement with friends and this is the first and only time my wife has worn these boots. During the evening, under normal wearing conditions the heel tip unknowingly came off. Not until we reached home and I assisted her in taking the boots off did we notice the heel tip was missingand the leather was damaged as a direct result of the defective heel tip. On 2/6/2023 we contacted client services and spoke to Heather. We explained the situation and Heather advised us that the heel tip should have never came off and that it's obviously a defective/faulty heel tip/boot. I sent all necessary pictures and info. Upon review it was determined that the boot would need to be sent out for repair free of charge. I was emailed a packing list that had an enclosed ticket/packing slip work order (# 877951) which only included fixing the heel tip. Heather via email stated the repair would take 10-12 weeks as the authentic Givenchy heel tip/parts was being sent directly from Paris. The case reference # is 00103548. Upon my review of the packing slip I immediately emailed Heather and inquired why there is no mention in the work order of fixing the damaged leather which was cut, ripped, and torn as a direct result of the missing defective heel tip. With the heel tip not being present the boot could not maitain a proper height off the ground which ultimately resulted in the leather being damaged. Heather advised she was sending a request to have the leather fixed and would be in touch as soon as she receives a response. 3 weeks had passed with no response so my wife suggested we send the boot out to streamline the process since the repair would take 10-12 weeks. I sent the boots to Rago Brothers as requested by Givenchy. I sent the boots and they received them on 2/28/23. The following day I received an email stating I had a package being mailed back from Rago Brothers. I immediately contacted Rago Brothers to inquire why my boot is being sent back. The young lady I spoke to explained to me that the repair was finished and they shipped them back. I was told the repair would take 10-12 weeks and it took 1 day. I asked the young lady at Rago Brothers did they use or have in stock a authentic heel tip/parts from Paris etc to which she replied no we have heel tips that we cut and mold to fit and make the shape etc. I then immediately called Givenchy client services and reached Heather and explained the situation to her that basically Im being lied to by Givency client services and given a whole lot of misinformation. Im being told by Givenchy client services the parts are authentic parts being shipped in from Paris with a repair of 10-12 weeks when in fact there are no authentic parts being used because I spoke directly to Rago Brothers after the repair was made. Because I sent the boots out and they was sent back and only the heel tip was repaired the ticket was closed. Heather stated a new ticket would have to be opened for the leather repair which she claimed she did but did not. I then called back and spoke to Selah a new client services rep and once again had to explain this whole situation. She opened up the new claim because Heather never did it. Selah put it in and the case # is 00105703. On March 8, 2023 I received an email from Selah stating there is nothing that Givenchy can do because the leather is neither repairable nor restorable. To top it off I was advised to take it to a local Atelier to see if they can fix it.

That was a slap in the face to advise me to do such a thing! First I purchased a pair of expensive Boots that are cleary defective. Upon the first and only time my wife wore these boots the defective heel tip falls off under normal wearing conditions and client services acts as if your doing me a favor by fixing your defective product. Heather your client services rep cleary and explicitly stated over the phone on our first initial conversation that the heel tip should have never came off and it's obviously defective. Due to the defective heel tip coming off it caused progressive damage to the boot as a direct result. I was told the boots would be fixed with parts fro Paris and 10-12 weeks turnaround. All lies! Since the leather can't be fixed these boots need to be replaced. What I have learned is that Givenchy does not stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of your products and don't care 1 bit about customer satisfaction. If it can't be fixed it needs to be replaced!

Givenchy, the Best

They’re absolutely understandable, and as an influencer, very on point with deliveries & gifts. I highly recommend their service & delivery. I love particularly their male fragrances as I’m using the “Givenchy Gentleman Society” and was so amazing and been given many compliments from work colleagues & even strangers! So I can definitely recommend their products & service.

I purchased a Givenchy bag as a secondhand bag the tag inside had made in Indonesia on it I tried googling I tried the customer contact email I tried speaking to different stores to find out if any of their products were manufactured in Indonesia no one would answer they would not even tell me what countries did produce their product they kept saying things like we do not authenticate bags I was not asking them to authenticate I just wanted some transparency and what countries are used to manufacture their products due to their avoidance and lack of help I would not ever purchase another bag from them... New or secondhand

They are the worst!!

They are the worst!!! I ordered a tube of lipstick on October the 2, 2022 and to this day (November 11, 2022) I have not received it. I’ve sent sent countless emails and no resolution yet! They are the worst!!!!!

Horrible Experience... Run fast

I purchased $2500 Shark Lock boots on 10/29/2022 for my birthday. Givenchy's client service was the worst experience with customer service in years. I purchased in error a Forest Green, I needed Black. I called immediately, the first rep advised the department that handles cancelations are closed. I was advised she requested a hold, and Monday they would expedite the refund to reorder the correct item. She stated they don't have a system to make the changes, she would email or call to inform me of the updated status of my issue to help get it quickly resolved. Monday came with no call or email. I called client services and spoke with a rude and vocal rep named Michael. He was robotic and irresponsive to my questions. He spoke empty apologies. He clearly could care less about the situation. I requested a supervisor and was rudely told the supervisors were too busy to speak with me. He then stated he was speaking with the Logic Manager and she stated the refund would be expedited by Tuesday 11/1/2022. I requested to speak with her and was advised by Michael that the Logic Manager was too busy to take the call. Tuesday 11/1/2022 I called again and spoke with Maria and still no change or resolution. She stated we're still working on it. I requested to speak with another supervisor. Spoke with a Supervisor and was advised he reached out to the Logic department and no response so he will need to get back to me. After 4 days still no resolution on something as simple as a color change. I would never spend money or refer anyone to this company. I am dumbfounded at the experience of a store of this magnitude. The customer service is McDonalds level.

What is happening to Riccardo Tisci's classic Small Givenchy Bag???! Why is the quality and make altered?! Stop! Bring Back:
1. The quality make! vs. the glue marks and scuffs on poor quality supposed new bags!
2.The hardware Givenchy emblem on the trapezoid!
3. The serial number indicating its authenticity!
4.The leather sample matching the bag's!
5. The nice thicker shoulder strap vs. this skinny garbage that is way too long!

So eternally SAD...BRING BACK CLASSIC ANTIGONA!

So eternally SAD...Matthew Williams has messed with an All time Classic Antigona Bag designed a decade ago by Riccardo Tisci and Not only that, the NEW versions are of Awful Quality:
1.The EMBLEM hardware is gone???! cheap embossed one has replaced it!
2. The authenticity serial numbers are gone!
3. The traditional piece of leather included inside Givenchy tag duplicating the bag's color/texture is gone!
4.Disgusting make! Excess strings of glue!!! Scuffs at base even when bought new!
5. The shoulder strap is awful! This skinny Long cheap looking thing! NOT look good on the Small Antigona Bag at ALL! disproportionately thin and cheapens the look!

the worst so call luxury company that I have dealt with. I place an order Wednesday September 7th, I paid for the next day shipping. And now its Friday night September 9th. I have not received my item nor can somebody tell me what's going on. I called them multiple times, their answer to everything is "let me find out what's going on and we'll give you a call back". But with no intentions of calling you back. I pay a pretty big price for a birthday present i purchased for my sister. I expected better service for Givenchy. I will never buy anything from this company again.

Amazing product, terrible company!

The product itself smells amazing, is long lasting, sensual and not overpowering and I really, really, REALLY wanted to keep it however…
Due to issues with delivery and EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I decided to return it. The company doesn’t care about you and I didn’t want to deal with a company like that.
So, despite it being exactly what I was looking for in a fragrance, I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing from Givenchy.
