Received my unit as advertised with Zero issues.

I ordered this phone online on the 1st of February 2026 and it was delivered to me (Australia) on the 8th. I ordered the phone and the additional case with grip. Both items arrived sealed and in excellent condition. Giztop had already installed Google play store on the phone and setting it up was a breeze. I have no issues with the company and my experience was flawless from start to finish.

I've ordered a few phones and accessories from them and everything ships promptly. They're my go to site for importing phones not available here.

I ordered the Oneplus 15 from Giztop.

1. I ordered the ColorOS version and received the OxygenOS version.
2. It took 22 days for the phone to get to me. Four or five days to get from China to my home country. Majority of the remaining days delayed in transit after one delivery attempt. When it was finally delivered it was just left outside of the building, where anyone could pick it up.

I reached out to Giztop about refunding shipping, paid $40 for shipping and their website states it 5-8 working days to ship to my country. I didn't get a response back. I also asked about some specifics about the phone; no response back.

I ordered the same phone from Tradingshenzhen and received the ColorOS version in 5 days. I won't be doing business with Giztop again.

I dont understand what people say about Giztop.
Its a trusted Online Shopping.
I ordered an Redmi k80 and it was fast and well delivered.
Only bad thing is the DHL invoice about tax but thats not the fault of Giztop to be fair.

Excellent and fast delivery service as I got my phone less than a week of ordering.

Everything was great. Fast delivery, no extra payments. I can say all the best.

The price was great, communication was fluid, concerns were heard, understood and hashed quickly.
Definitely will be shopping again and recommend.

After Giztop received my returned phone, they withheld reimbursement, stringing me along for weeks. To each of my inquiries, I'd get a response along the lines of "Don't worry, it's in process." I finally notified my credit card company, who intervened and refunded me.

I bought this phone maybe half year and it really ok. Before buying i researched a lot and i decided to buy at this website. And i absolutely saw a lot negative also. I bought iqoo neo 10 pro and i don't like about tempered glass screen protector. It attracts a lot of dust and scratches very easily, even though the seller told me it was a high-quality product. I think part of it is because I live in Las Vegas, but I think that's only a small part of the problem. Everything else is good. Also, you should remember that Chinese domestic phones often have delayed message or call notifications, sometimes even more than a day later. After a while, the manufacturer stops releasing updates, so they won't last as long as Samsung or iPhones. You'll usually have to replace it after 2 or 3 years. This is the trade-off you have to accept for the performance-to-price ratio. In short, this is my experience after about half a year. I deducted one star because of the screen protector and the post-shipping charging process (you'll understand if you order it, as this is their policy, so I don't think I should elaborate).

False advertisement!

Company doesn't ship worldwide, however on their website it says ship worldwide. Bad company with poor customer service and many bad reviews. You need to fix your company!

I received my new phone one day earlier than promised. Way to go. This company is trustworthy, and offer products at very reasonable prices. Great service. I love my new phone!

And AGAIN, the frequencies and compatibility of the phone is bullshit. Bought a Honor 500 Pro and wanted to buy a Honor Power 2. All other shops don't write frequencies. Honor himself doesn't write frequencies on his website, which is so bullshit. Giztop as one of the only once, had frequencies, 40 or so and everything fine. Ordered it, arrived and no, no good 4G and neither 5G, as the frequencies which were written down where from the Honor Magic 8 Pro, which is the high end phone, which has all. Not the complete fault of Giztop, more of Honor, that they don't write it down, but why Giztop is just copying from other phones and now I will send it back. Useless, you shouldn't sell it.

I purchased Redmi note 15 pro plus Chinese version to use in Europe. Unfortunately phone arrived without Google services installed in spite of description promised Google mobile service should be installed. Chinese rom not user friendly outside China so I don’t recommend it to buy. Only global version, not Chinese. Customer service is great though. Communication was timely and great also. Shipping speed to Europe was extremely fast

I am very satisfied with the order. It took ten days for delivery to Bulgaria. The team from Giztop answered the questions I had very quickly and adequately. The documents for the customs were company well and I had no problems.

I've ordered two phones from Giztop, a Lenovo Legion Duel 2 about 5 years ago and a OnePlus 13 this year.

Both came with a rom (operating system) in English, where fully functional and costed me at least 200€ less than their global versions.

It's the original Chinese phones with an English rom installed, the dream for any person who likes to spare money on brand new products.
