The payment was easy and the service excellent, I'll buy from them again for sure.

Giztop did not declare the correct values on the commercial invoices. If we were to get audited in the future, we would get in serious trouble for avoiding duties and applicable tariffs. Because of this, we will not be buying from Giztop any more for anything in the future.

The site shows availiable products which do not exist and they don't know if its going to be availiable ever again, so they guide us to other products after the purchase.

Pretty great prices and quite a lot of devices to choose from. Bought a Redmi K80 ultra from giztop, pretty happy with my purchase. Shipping took around 2 weeks with express. Definitely would order again in the future.

the product arrived very quickly with no problems . There was a custom fee sent to me after the delivery but all was explained and described. The product ordered was as described in perfect condition. I would buy again because of the good service and thevery good prices

What is this? In early July of the 25th year, I spent about 600 dollars for the OnePlus 13. Not only did they send a defective non-working device, but I also waited two months for my money to be returned. Now they are returning an amount of 55.09 dollars less. This is disgraceful! How did they calculate this?

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Giztop this time. I ordered a Vivo X Fold3 phone from their sale page that was advertised as “almost new.” What I received, however, was clearly a repaired device: there is glue residue around the screen and hinge, the screen has obviously been replaced, and every time I open it there’s a cracking sound. On top of that, both screens show visible and tactile scratches.

Selling repaired devices is fine, but they must be clearly and accurately described in the product listing. Giztop offers a return, but they expect me to cover the full cost of shipping back to China, which I find unacceptable given the misrepresentation.

I have already contacted PayPal and my ING credit card company to dispute the transaction and seek assistance.

It was a quick and easy to order and the shipping was fast. Also, for some reason, I got 2 of the same item despite ordering 1. I won't complain if I get freebies :)

Was not informed about dues from fedex. They should stop stating price and not adding tariff cost if they want to sell an item state cost with tariff.

Cancelled order, confirmed cancellation, they sent it anyway. Won't refund even after I refused package and was returned to them. Scammed aver $1100.

Little bad experience with giztop this time. Customer service wasn't good enough. Tried to add something to my order and didn't happen in three days. After three days I have been told that it's sold out know. Delivery was also late. They were saying European warehouse.but delivery came from china. Last time I had ordered charger and it stopped working in few weeks. I didn't replaced the only reason was mentally get depressed for 20 or 30 euro for order and returns postage.too much hassle

I ordered a phone that it was not available.. And i had to prepay for a phone that it was not on stock without any note. Of course i got my money back

If you're buying something here, expect to have no support if your package is lost. I never got my package and they refused my refund. Will not use giztop from now on.

I bought a Legion Y700 GEN 4 with the large G9 controller. I was concerned about having access to Google Play store as I live in the UK. I enquired and Jessica replied back swiftly to explain it would be preinstalled on there. My order arrived in 6 days to the UK packed very securely. Had to remove some Chinese apps or silence them etc but I am overwhelmed with the quality of the Y700 gen 4. Plays Ps2 and Gamecube perfectly. I discovered Giztop through ETA prime on YouTube reviewing the tablet... I strongly recommend *****
