Fantastic friendly service, from both the store and delivery driver. Went above and beyond to arrange delivery of a bed and mattress for us very quickly. One super happy wee boy has a new bed in time for Christmas! Much appreciated.

I had contacted The Glasgow Bed Centre to buy a mattress for me tenant. I am from Glasgow, but now live in Newfoundland, Canada. I done the transaction completely online via messaging. Customer service was excellent and everything was taken care of very quickly and efficiently. I thoroughly recommend them.

We tried out the display mattresses and happily chose one , we received a different type that was a completely different company “it was not a mistake “ , I asked for explanations I was given none , It took 40 days until they refunded the amount , everything was Dodgey.. it was a proper Scam attempt .

Still waiting on bunk beds to be delivered that where ordered at beginning of October 4 times I have been told they are coming and still not here kids sleeping on sofas just so bad not good enough

After my initial review stating we ordered a mattress for £450 to be delivered a completely different one - went in store was told they didn’t sell the one we ordered we then had to pay a further £150 for a mattress the had in store - thinking this mattress we choose surely would be the correct one to be delivered as it was in store - It has now been delivered today after waiting nearly a month for, but AGAIN shock horror a completely different mattress has been delivered, which we looked up online and it only costs £300. No response from the company what so ever.
robbed us out of £600.

The team are fantastic they do an excellent job, they have respect for your home and ensure you are extremely happy before leaving your property. If you need help in choosing a new bed or mattress just visit the showroom you will receive outstanding service.

Worth the visit, you get to see and try the various choices with on hand advice. My husband found a good choice of sturdy quality beds and mattresses in the shop. The place was easy to locate. I liked their unlimited variations and their massage chair! They have two floors of beds to varied taste. (There is also a lift to go upstairs and a toilet) Sam’s professional knowledge and expertise help us see what was possible to meet our needs. From storage requirements to having a particular headboard, fabric and colour whilst working around our budget as best possible. My advice is to not wait till the last minute to purchase a bed as the delivery can take up to 14 days despite efforts to deliver earlier. We are happy with our purchase and look forward to not sleeping on the floor anymore on 1st August.

I stumbled across Glasgow Bed Centre by chance after looking in all the main bed retailers across Glasgow and not being able to find what I was looking for. Scott was really helpful, I was able to select the bed frame design, boucle fabric and colour in a super king ottoman and it was delivered within 2 weeks. Im delighted with it. Delivery guys also built up the bed and took away the old one for recycling. Very
reasonably priced too! I would definitely recommend

Delighted with my purchase of a new bed. I went to view the beds at the store in Charles Street and the young man could not have been more helpful. I am very fussy and he was extremely patient. The bed and mattress was delivered by two delivery men, who were very polite and took great care when setting it up and also took all the wrapping away with them. My bed has received compliments from friends, and it looks more expensive than what I actually paid. I do not normally do reviews but felt that on this occasion all the staff who helped me deserved the credit. I have recommended this store to my friends and family.

Spot on from start to finish, I needed flexibility for buying a flat and the boys were more than happy to oblige. Delivered exactly when I needed and extremely fast and efficient at setting the beds up. Excellent communication, can't recommend enough.

This company, in particular, the owner, Scott, were fantastic from initial call to order my bed, until the lovely delivery men, delivered, took away my old bed and built my new one. Scott was in constant contact, keeping me updated and delivered amazing service throughout.

New bed ordered on Friday from the Bed Centre in High St Glasgow and it has just been delivered as promised. We managed to find exactly what we needed and a price that we were happy with - the staff were friendly and extremely helpful... they listened to what was required and made informed suggestions. Absolutely delighted with the bed and the service from Bed centre staff as well as from the delivery drivers. Love the bed, the service and the price. Purchased an ottoman bed and mattress from Scott. Really well priced, great quality and above all the mattress is really comfy. Would recommend to anyone. Fast and efficient delivery as well.

Ordered a bed frame with Scott to be delivered before Xmas. I was kept informed of updates re delivery times and the frame was delivered when promised. I found the customer service to be excellent and would highly recommend The Bed Centre.
