I was looking for a mobile spa therapist for our Hen Party but couldn’t find anyone in the area until Glo sorted it all out for me and I would definitely recommend.
Rachel, our Consultant took care of all the booking requirements, arranged a Therapist, kept me up to date at every stage of the booking process & the Glo website was very informative.
Lindsay, our Therapist was amazing. She turned up on schedule, was so friendly and very professional & everyone was delighted with their choice of treatments.
So glad I booked via Glo !

Glo spa day for Forest holidays
We booked via Forest holidays for Glo to come to our lodge for a spa day and both Christina at booking stage and Jo our Massage Therapist did not disappoint. Very slick booking process and delivered high quality treatments. Definitely would recommend.

I was so upset with your company for…
I was so upset with your company for one not reading my emails two you said in emails your contact me day before to make sure things go smoothly.
They not only turned up late
They couldn’t find a parking space because they didn’t read my email
They were quite rude when I said there’s no parking at the place we were staying it was a hen do that needs to run on time only good thing because I wasn’t happy they worked through there break to make sure it was done on time I won’t be booking again with you

We received information about the parking at the property and this was passed to your therapist ahead of the booking, but I understand there was a bit of traffic and then she struggled to find a space on the day and this caused her to arrive 15 mins later than planned, but as you mention she worked through her breaks to ensure the time was made up so as not to affect any of your later plans. Three hour massage package
We received an in-cabin massage package from Tracey at Glo while staying with Forest Holidays at Delemere. Communication prior to the session was excellent, both from Tracey and her colleague at Glo, and the services provided on the day, including a full-body and back massage, as well as facials were wonderfully relaxing. I would highly recommend this experience.

Fantastic Service
I booked Glo for a hen party of 15 and the service provided was fantastic!
Communication from the start was great and the therapists were so friendly and excellent. It was a highlight of the weekend.

An Amazing Spa Day
We organized a Spa day for our employees at Novotel, and everything was perfect. Anna was incredibly professional and accommodated all our requests. Jade, Jean, and Diana, our therapists for the day, did an amazing job, they were both professional and cheerful! We will definitely work with Glo again.

Amazing experience
We used Glo Pamper for a Hen Do treat and it was the best decision! Nancy provided the treatments and she was amazing, so friendly, professional and made everyone feel comfortable. Great Packages & even better service
Glo were a great help in booking activities for a hen weekend. The packages they offer are a great help if you are in between choices. One of our was the spa package and the ladies that arrived to carry out the treatments were so kind and helpful and gave everyone advice on any of their concerns. I would defo look at booking with them again in the future.

Booked as part of a hen do weekend. Good communication before the booking. Therapists arrived in plenty of time, friendly and made alterations to the schedule where needed. The treatments provided were excellent and everyone had a great mornings pampering before the day of celebrations! I would absolutely book again as it really made the weekend. Thank you!
