Tax refund procedure
I received a detailed mail from Global blue every time I shop. All I had to do is to show my invoices to the customs officer at the airport for approval. A few days after my departure, I received the amount in full in my bank account.
No more waiting in line. No more lost invoices. It was so quick and I am very satisfied from the procedure.

The way I was treated felt hostile, unhelpful, and completely lacking in empathy. As a customer, I expected a more respectful and solution-oriented approach, especially from a company like Global Blue.
