I was very pleased with Global India Express. They picked up my parcel within an hour of my confirmation, packed it and sent it to New Zealand, taking care of all the paperwork. It was then transferred to FedEx and arrived a day early!!

Highly relible and economic service. I had move some of my household items from Bamgalore to Sweden through Global India Express. Very much satisfied with their service. Special thaks to Nagarajan for always being a phone call or whatsapp chat away to clarify any questions.

All the positive reviews seems to be of this company's employees. Even after 3 months my parcel is not delivered. It seems DPD is barred in spain then also Global India Express is using this vendor to deliver the parcels. Beware of this fraud company. They know very little about the international couriers. They are not telling me what is the issue with the courier. It is lack of trait knowledge and highly unprofessional approach. This company should hire some professionals.

Global India express did a great job in getting the medicines my father needed from his Doctor in India.
Good company, great staff, transparent process. They know shipping and do it well! I highly recommend them for any urgent, important shipment from India to the US.

It started with my bad experience with another company. Couple of months ago, I talked to my father's Dr and Pharmacist to arrange meds to be sent. Long story short, weeks later, I found out that meds were returned by customs, another few weeks later, they were destroyed and I lost meds and shipping. This was with a major international courier!! No transparency, poor support!

Then I sent an online inquiry to Global India Express. I immediately got a WhatsApp message asking about it. Mr. Nagarajan was very friendly, considerate and when I explained to him about my bad experience, he offered his personal guarantee and helped with identifying medicines that may be banned for shipment.

It took me few more weeks to convince to send again. Mr. Nagarajan arranged for my package to be picked up from my hometown in TN, India, ensured proper packaging, provided regular updates. Few days later, it was at our doorstep, timely, no incident, no fuss. While constantly getting updates!

This was my best experience with any courier company. It was as if Mr. Nagarajan himself personally traveled and hand delivered! Thank you, Global India express, thank you Mr. Nagarajan!

I am extremely satisfied with the global India express courier service. I was told by Mr Nagarajan that my courier would reach UK within 8 to 10 days but it reached within a mere 4 days . I am really happy with Mr Nagarajan's help.

Horrible experience. I had been using this service since last 2 years. This time I got cheated. They gave away my personal information and my bank account was emptied. I am planning to take legal action against them. My money is untraceable. pls beware

This is the third time I am sending a parcel to my daughter who got married recently and settled in Netherlands.
First time, get to know about this service from internet and talked to Mr Nagarajan, based in Bangalore. The response was very positive, that made me to send the parcel thru global. The point to be noted is once I paid the money for parcel services, there was no let down. Till it reached the destination, all the queries were answered without any hesitation or irritation.
This made me to use the courier twice after that. Mr Nagarajan's help was immeasurable. The only point of sore is that online updation about the parcel status needs definite improvement. Every time, we have to disturb Mr Nagarajan to know the status, but ofcourse he responded each time with a smiling face.
