The package was simply not delivered to my door, but taken directly to a pakkeshop, where I must spend yet again, to take a cab to retrieve. I was home, and ildle all day. No attempt was made to deliver the package. I will not do business with them again.
As with so many others here I received the message that the parcel was unsuccessfully attempted delivered despite my being home and awaiting. This company hires people who either have trouble operating door bells or are just plain lazy and don't care. To top that off their company policy seems to be a thinly veiled indifference and an unwillingness to take responsibility for their employees.
