For some reason the delivery was split
Thanks to GLS for contacting me. It seems the problem was with the delivery company. GLS have promised to look into the issue.
For some reason the delivery was split. We received 10 in one delivery and then the other 2 two days later.
Invoice for items was received before any of the items were!
