I bought an AMD Ryzen 9 PRO 6950H Mini PC--NucBox M7 Pro, and wanted to use it as a replacement desktop pc. It performed better than my original desktop pc for a fraction of the cost. I have yet to find any issues with the system.
I use it for gaming, music listening, movie watching etc. It handles it no problem without external graphics card.

Absolutely great product and quick delivery. I am really impressed with my NUC. I installed Proxmox and running Home Assistant, OPNsense, MariaDB, Mosquitto, Z2M, and other services with plenty of spare room. The purchase was very easy and straightforward. I would buy it again!

Well...I haven't had first hand experience, yet. My brother-in-law, retired military and a major computer enthusiast, primarily because of his prior service requirements, and his ongoing, seemingly never-ending retirement contract duties, showed me a "mini" that he bought for his wife, my sister. He described it in an interesting way: bulletproof. Meaning that he is aware of my needs, which are many, my patience--none, my background--as a television news director, where ALL of my computer needs were handled by engineering techies, resources I no longer have, meaning I get to do everything INCLUDING connecting as much hardware and software to my system that relies on, at times, 7 individual desktop and laptop puters that have to have inter-unit capabilities.
That said, I watched my sister, who has zero tech abilities...that's what she says...operate her "mini", while her husband goes about doing his chores undisturbed by never-ending "honey, have you got a minute?" calls for assistance.
Therefore, I am working, with him, on putting together a plan of attack that will handle my current and future needs that keeps me from calling him every time I need assistance. Out of sympathy for my brother-in-law...because I actually like him...I will be settling on a central system that even I can maintain.

Been running the EVO-x2 for about 2 months now. Runs amazingly well for such a small package. I thought the fan when running full tilt would be noisy, hasn’t been an issue at all.
Overall great experience, fast deliver would buy another one, but with the price of systems these days I’ll wait

Last year I purchased a Model M2PRO with Windows 11 installed. The unit operates flawlessly. The price was cheap and delivery was swift. I highly recommend GMKtec products.

G11 replace main Intel power computer. Same power. Notic no difference only much smaller.

After performing research on mini-pcs, I chose the GMKtec Nucbox M7, w/ Ryzen 7 6850U 16GB RAM & 512GB SSD. This provided a generous amount of power and capability at an attrictive price as compared to competitors.

This minicomputer is perfect for running always-on headless, but is also suitable for connecting to a monitor depending on your needs, competing directly with ultrabooks priced at least double of GMKtec.

With the Nucbox, I'm building a Hermes agentic system. The 16GB RAM provides plenty of headroom to utilize local models for memory architecture and categorization tasks, while leveraging leading frontier models for the real intelligence layers.

I'd recommend this to anyone looking to build an openclaw or Hermes agent, or anyone who needs a lightweight computer for personal home use, given the extreme increases in component costs in today's environment.

I got a Nucbox M7 Ultra AMD Ryzen™ 7 PRO 6850U. It's my first experience with NUCs, and GMKTEC definitely has a top-notch price/quality ratio. The build is really nice, it works quietly, although you need to keep in mind that it's a big fan and I didn't see any mesh, so it will probably easily get dusty. In my case, it works as an always-on server, and the power button is too bright, but nothing a dimming sticker can't fix. It's nice and robust build overall, I even considered getting an extra N150 one to replace my rpi 5 as Home Assistant server. Unfortunately, it took a bit longer to deliver than expected, and it was sent from HK instead of Germany, so I had to pay a bit extra and what I earned with a coupon, I gave back in customs. However, this little set-back isn't enough to influence my evaluation of the product that's been working without any real issues for 4 months now, and I hope it will continue to work that way for at least a few years.

I was looking for a desktop computer with a small footprint and I ended up getting a GMKtec Nuc box 7 and it has been perfect for my needs. It has handled everything I do on computers and even handles any gaming I do on it. I am very happy with this purchase and recommend GMKtec to my friends and family.

I have 2 mini PCs and I love them both. My GMKTec mini is by far the best and was so easy to setup. I only had one issue and that was fixed with research and little no-how.
Customer support was helpful and has been incontact with me since the issue.

I purchased a Nucbox K8 Plus Mini PC in August 2025 (global site). I have enjoyed this Mini PC since I've owned it. I had no issues with ordering or delivery. The PC runs great, relatively quiet and keeps good temps under load. I had an issue once and all of my troubleshooting led me to believe that I needed to update the BIOS. I did not see any new BIOS version listed on the GMKtec site, so I contacted their customer rep. I explained the issue(s) I was experiencing and we conversed back and forth a couple of times getting all info out and understood. A week later, I was sent a link to a revised BIOS to which I was successfully able to flash. Come to find out after that, the issue I experience was a self imposed issue due to me making bad settings. However, the help and service provided, considering the time difference between USA and Shenzen, was always fast as possible and very helpful.
I later bought a Nucbox G2, which runs a linux distro and hosts Immich and Jellyfin server.
If I could right now, I'd buy another Nucbox K8 Plus to have as a "Steam Machine."

The PC I bought is really quick, its very small and its inexpensive. I'm not sure how they can build them so well but for not a lot of money.
32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Ryzen 9 CPU, even though it has onboard graphics, it can still run Solidworks CAD modelling software. Well Happy. had it 18 months now.
I even bought my mother a new PC because her old one was WIN10, no problems. Delivery was not bad, well packaged, I didnt want to throw the box away it was all quality

I have 2 GMKtec PCs. One is a NucBox3 that I've had over 2 years. It's been very reliable. It is running Win11 Pro and I use it to run Blue Iris, the opens source DVR program that runs my 4 cameras for home security. It runs 7 x 24 and I've never had a problem with the machine.

The 2nd machine is a NucBox K7 that I use as my home office PC. Also Win11 Pro, Office 365, Zoom, Google Drive, DropBox, etc. It performs really well and also without any problems. I am a Microsoft Insider, so I'm usually running the latest Windows release candidate.

I have found customer support to be responsive. It's important to communicate clearly and factually. This helps to mitigate any issues of international communication. It's necessary to communicate about bios and driver updates for GMKtec specific firmware.

In my experience, GMKtec produces a high quality, good performing product and supports it adequately well.

I recently purchased a mini PC from this website. The GMKtec NucBox K13 Mini PC Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 256V.
I am super happy with this purchase, and I am happy with the company GMKtec. They have good customer support and reply back to your inquiries quickly.

The K13 256v has a price to performance that is superior to many other offerings. The product also has great customization features that other brands do not have.

It plays games flawlessly and does everything i need it to in order to replace my large desktop. I cannot wait for GMKtec to release their new 388H chip, as i will be buying that too!
