Slow shipping
They ship orders via CTT, the worst shipping company I've ever seen. 3 weeks to get a delivery within Portugal is not acceptable. I can get packages from France faster.

The product wasn’t in the stock
The product wasn’t in the stock, but on the internet store it says that it was. The only reason I chose to by there, because I don’t wanted to wait 3-4 weeks for delivery from manufacture, I needed the product in a days. Stop lying and try to manage your customers’ expectations.
