Perfectly organized tour with very delicious dinner . We were picked up on time from our hotel and everything went very smoothly. This tour needs very complicated logistics and Go-Etna managed to exceed my expectations. Amazing day visiting the volcano.

Davide picked us up at our hotel and was a wealth of knowledge and useful info during the drive and on the tour. Awesome

The guide who explained the geology was outstanding too. They both have very pleasant demeanor,spoke great English.

Saw lava flow impact, went inside lava tube and hiked to several craters.

This was the 5 hour tour well worth it.

Everything was well prepared and very convenient. Transfer from and to the hotel in Catalania worked well. The guide explained much about all related topics with great entusiasm. Very nice experience which made the day unforgetable.

Great guide, went to some areas of Etna that you couldn’t get to if you were on a coach tour. Nice to have stops on the way there and on the way back to get coffee/toilets.
Only thing that could be improved was clearer instructions about the meeting point.

This was a fun experience and we only needed a medium warmth coat or equivalent at the top portion of the tour (around 3000m). David and team were very nice, knowledeable and helpful.

Great adventure. Detailed communication leading up to the tour, help with clothing etc if required, small group, full of information about Etna and the evolution of the area. We did not stick to a track so some bits require a little bit of scrambling but the guide, Daniele, helped if required. Would highly recommend this tour.

The guide Davide made the experience. Etna is great to see but he added knowledge and gave us context. He was attentive and all three of us can’t stop talking about him and the experience. He was a gentleman, kind and thoughtful. He even lent me his coat! I have recommended him and your tour to friends already!

Great trip, pity about about the parasitical reviews requests afterwards. I did one for Go Etna now they want 2 extra reviews, cut and paste them and stick'em up your arse for all I care. There is a point where it gets silly and we are beyond that point

This company and it's staff are very professional and knowledgeable about Mt.Etna and it's surrounding areas.
All transfers were smooth and well organised

We had the best experience with Go Etna on our Mt Etna tour yesterday. We were in town on a cruise stop and found this tour online. It was the highlight of our vacation so far!!!
The guides and drivers were fantastic and fluent in several languages. They offered so many different tours- we can wait to come back and do another one!
