Excellent team, great experience

The team (Alan was great), the vehicles, the itinerary - everything was educational and fun!

In the morning we got picked up by our driver Sergey, who's a really nice person. He told us some facts along the drive to the meeting point about the area, which was very nice and interesting. The guides were all super nice and knowledgeable. We had Salvatore as our guide and later as our driver on the way home. He's very charismatic, knows a lot about the area, Sicily, the culture and the region in general. Very smart and interesting guy. All in all, fun day, money well spent. Highly recommend!

The half day tour to St Etna was terrific- a great value. We were picked up close to our apartment in Catania by a prompt and friendly driver. The tour was informative and we learned a lot. Our guide was very knowledgeable and fun. Highly recommend!

Marco was an exceptional guide — knowledgeable, engaging, and the real heart of the experience. The day covers a lot of ground: a lava cave exploration (helmets and flashlights provided, genuinely fun), a relaxed 45-minute walk at around 2,000m with striking views of the lava field that buried the Piano Provenzana ski resort in 2002, and a generous Sicilian lunch at a mountain chalet that genuinely exceeded expectations.
A few honest caveats: the “off-road 4x4” element is more atmospheric than adventurous — don’t expect a rough ride. And the final stop at the Alcantara Gorge, while beautiful, felt noticeably busy and commercial even in May, well outside peak season. It was the low point of an otherwise excellent day.
This is firmly a family-friendly trip — accessible, well-paced, and a great introduction to Etna. If you’re after something more physically demanding, the operator offers other packages worth exploring.

Great tour with great guys. Good explanation of the volcano and they attend to you very good.

The guides were knowledgeable, professional and helpful. It stated we were going on a Jeep tour with limited walking and there was alot of walking and no Jeeps. The van picked up at the hotel and that was great.

Great company. We booked in last minute and whilst the day we originally requested was fully booked, they did their best to accommodate us the following day. The booking process with simple and fast with good communication from the team.
The tour itself was brilliant. We did the half day tour and we had a hotel pick up. The 4x4s were comfortable, the drivers were so friendly and very knowledgeable. The tour guides made the experience a lot of fun. We wish now we had done the full day experience.

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The tour was great for people of all skill levels, even families with children. We did the whole day with a wonderful lunch included and the final stop at the Hole dell'Alcantara.

The tour was great, especially the friendly guides who knew a lit about the vulkano. the food was also very nice. not so happy I was about the decustation, I feld manipulated. we would gave preferd to have a bit more free time after the meal.
but all in all it was a great day. thank you

Even though the cable car was not working and things took much longer than planned, the chance to hike along an active volcano at 3,000 meters was breathtaking!
