My home buildings insurance was up for renewal so as I’d heard good things about buzzvault I thought I would give it a try.I got a very competitive quote in under 2 minutes by just answering a few simple questions.Like most insurance companies your policy documents are easily located via their website or app.Would recommend you give them a try when you need a quote - you have nothing to lose.

Very Happy Customer
I was sceptical when taking out cover for the first time using a video of my items I was looking to insure, but on the day of video call the caller put me quickly at ease and it was all completed in approx. 15 mins or so.
Was very happy with the call and caller overall and when insurance runs out in a years time, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent customer experience and product
Great simple and straightforward way of getting a qoute. Customer service was excellent. Hopefully never need to make a claim but sure if I did the process will be swift.

SImple and Easy
Simple and straight forward application process, very few details and you are set.
All you have to is to attend the video call after your application and show around your belongings and house to confirm the insurance details.
You might get £100 if referred by an existing member as well. That's cherry on top.

Super easy
Super easy to set up and add items to my vault when it suits me. No finding old receipts just one phone call and everything is logged by the agent. No quibble insurance! No piles of bloody paperwork all my phone app finally am insurance for the 21st century! And to top it all I signed up with the offer of 100% cashback offer and a free amazon echo! Have already got 4 friends to sign up aswell! Spot on!

Would recommend
Happy with the service so far, policy was easy to arrange. A little apprehensive about the video call however shouldnt have worried and even better we could do an evening slot.

Buzz Vault we’re super easy to deal with...
Buzz Vault we’re super easy to deal with and it was great being able to speak to someone on the phone who walked me through the whole process.
It’s also been really useful knowing that they have a feature where you can accurately record any items you want protected by keeping an online inventory on their app.
I’ll be recommending them to family and friends :-)

Excellent customer service, very simple sign up process with fantastic incentives. Love the idea of a video call to show you have nothing to hide is genius. Happy with the excellent level of communication. Like the advert says, changing the way insurance works. Awesome.
