Very good service, very friendly and helpful staff. There is nothing to complain about.

My money is blocked after 7days returning the car, with no explanation, this not good at all.

Overall great, we have taken full insurance so we didn't have to worry about anything and i strongly suggest to do the same. When we were returning the car there was a scratch on a wheel which the guy questioned but since full insurance we moved on quickly. Car was very new, 18k km on the clock, very basic but we only needed something to take us from a to b so not bothered. There is a "number" system in reception to collect the car, not explained well so it was a bit strange when we got to the desk and approached a man who just finished with someone else to be told to take a number and wait in waiting area just to be called to the same guy literally 1 min after we took a number. General no problem. I would rent a car from them again.

Hired a car at from these guys via Discovercars.com at Malaga airport. The price was very competitive and the previous good reviews were reassuring. Suffice to say it was a 100% positive experience - the person booking us in was super friendly and super helpful. No hard sell at all. We did upgrade to get breakdown recovery - whilst this is included by default with some other companies, the price was very low per day and the total was still lower than most other quotes overall.

The car was brand new - just 500km on the clock. No damage, very clean inside.

And the returns process was also very straightforward - followed signs into the car park, down to level -2 and there was someone waiting to assess the car immediately. Less than 5 mins later we were on our way.

The only thing worth flagging was that it wasn't that easy to find from the arrivals terminal. The information we were given said the desk was in the terminal but it's not in the same place as the rental desks that are signposted in the terminal. You need to go down into the car park and down to level -2. Even then it's not immediately obvious where to go - I think Gobycar might be quite a recent addition in Malaga as their name is on some signs but not on others. On one it told us to go to level -2 however the lift it was next to only went to level -1. However there are then some signs to follow through the car park and we got there in the end. So making it a bit easier to find on arrival would be the only improvement.

Overall a wholly positive rental experience and deserving of its reputation.

Beware as others have said. I hired a car in Mallorca and had already searched Trust Pilot for that location specifically and was alert to any likely damage claims. I always have my own excess insurance and always take pictures and videos before I set off, so I wasn’t overly concerned. I took extra effort and took pictures of the smallest marks on the rear seats and roof lining. When I returned the car they identified damage on the inside sill of the rear door. The only door that I hadn’t opened. Personally I can’t see how this damage could have occurred other than it being deliberate and discreet. I feel that this will likely be picked up on every rental and never recorded. The actual hire process and the quality of the car was fine. Just make sure to check and take pictures of everything.

Car (new!) was perfect; at arrival (late in the evening / about 22.30 hours) we had to wait for 15 minuten till the desk was opened (?). Service / handeling afterwards was oke & friendly

Even though the car they gave us was pretty good, the entire experience of dealing with this company was a complete nightmare.

Firstly, every single member of staff we dealt with were utterly miserable, some of them were just down-right rude and unhelpful. From the rep who turned angry when we refused the additional insurance, the rude airport cab driver who shouted at us and drove utterly recklessly, to the inspector who tried to scam us for a marks we had proof we didn't cause.

Ensure you take photos and videos of EVERY single square inch of the car INSIDE and OUT. They will try and scam you for any tiny little mark they find on return. And for each minuscule scuff, whether your fault or not, they will charge you at least €96.87.

The last thing I did in Mallorca was deal with this company and I am currently trying to purge this memory from my brain so it doesn't sour the memory of our otherwise wonderful holiday.

This company is amazing didn’t charge for deposit a lot money . And the best part they take u from aeroport and as well when u leave the car they bring u to aeroport. And one more think u don’t need to care about cleaning the car and to wash. For me are the best in Europe

We've rented a car at Girona Airport.
Cara are parked directly at the airport. No Shuttle Service needed.
Full Coverage made it all super easy.
After car return we've just dropped the keys into the box at the parking lot and went to boarding.

The price for rental was very reasonable even with a full insurance coverage. The pickup of the car was quick and simple as well as its return.
Deposit for the fuel was returned within minutes after the return of the car.

Brilliant service, quick and reliable.
Staff were all lovely and happy to accommodate our needs. Nice easy shuttle bus from Airport to pick up car not even 5mins away. We decided to take an upgrade and got a brand new automatic car which was lovely to drive. We also opted for the Premium Insurance for peace of mind.
