Insurance renewal

Go compare have been brilliant at finding the right insurance at the right price for me these last couple of years and the excess protection they give is great bonus I’ll recommend to everyone

Absolutely abysmal I'm afraid

Absolutely abysmal I'm afraid. Getting a quote was easy enough but to get the advertised rewards has been a nightmare. A|s instructed I downloaded the Renewal App on my phone and followed all the instructions. The app seems to be only concerned with getting more details of other item and did not let me activate the free £250 excess cover. I tried for over two hours, and continually went in circles, Unlees there is an improvement I will not be ujsing Go.Compare again

If your insurance policy is not yet showing in your account on the Renewal app, we can advise you to add your details manually. To do so, please follow the steps below:

Log in to your account in the Renewal app
Select the 'Details' button at the bottom of the screen
At the top of the page, select 'Add existing insurance details'
Select 'Add details manually'
From the drop-down list, select the type of insurance
Proceed with answering the following questions

Once you have completed these steps, your policy will be shown in your account on the Renewal app.
As this is a public review platform, we're unable to access your account details directly. However, we'd welcome the opportunity to learn more about your experience so that we can better understand your concerns and investigate the matter further.
