I ordered two tops for a wedding reception - both were beautiful, great quality and fitted really well. One wasn't quite what I wanted, so I returned this. After a few issues getting the return label, Customer Service were really helpful and got this sorted for me quickly. The top I kept is amazing - I love it! There are so many beautiful outfits on the website I look forward to ordering more. Great company and I'd highly recommend them.

Terrible if you want to miss your event order from them i have ordered a dress i have paid for next day delivery as i needed it urgently it was not delivered i contacted them and DPD they said they will wait for Godiva to update the address i waited then i received an email that it will be delivered on the 20th instead of the 17th i kept waiting for the tracking info i did not receive the email i called dpd they said the parcel is last you need to call Goddiva as we tried to contact them they did not reply and they gave me a reference number to send it to Goddiva myself i dont know why me as a CT need to get involved in all of this hassle what if i did not call dpd i will probably be still waiting for the dress till now after all of that Goddiva reply that they will be refunding the money without even asking me if i still need the dress or not its my first time writing a bad review but i even still not received the delivery refund from 3 or 4 days ago so i dont know when i am going to receive it they also do not have a contact number so u need to contact them by email or whatsapp which will take hours for them to reply and maybe a day so if you need to contact them urgently you wont be able to do that just to let you know i ordered from them directly not from a 3rd party

The discount code u provided i already had when i ordered as the code for anyone to use ehen downloading the app so, you gave me the discount code that already been used when i ordered .
Update:
I gave Goddiva a second chance and guess what i have finally received the dress that suppose to be 2 pieces i only received one piece of the dress i emailed them and waiting for their reply i will update you if i received it wish me luck with my journey with Goddiva…

The dresses I ordered were beautiful but too long for me 5” 3. Returning the items was pretty straightforward however I dislike the lack of communication acknowledging that my return had been received. Hoping my refund will be forthcoming.

I'm not someone who write reviews, but credit is definitely due for this company. I had been looking for a black tie dress and saw Goddiva come up as an advert on Facebook. I was a bit sceptical at first, as a lot of ads tend to be dodgy. However, I did my homework and checked independent reviews, which were positive so decided to take a punt. I ordered a few dresses for choice, and they came within 24 hours. All of the dresses were of outstanding quality, the sizing is bang on accurate and it was tough to pick which one made the cut as they were all gorgeous! I filled out the returns last night which cost £1.99, and I have a barcode to send back today. I truly don't think you could find a more efficient online shopping experience ... from delivery to products this company are 10/10 A*. Added to that, they also offer a complimentary altering service ... completely unique! For all future big events I will definitely be checking Goddiva out first.

I cannot tell you how delighted I was with my dress that I needed for a black tie event! Somebody asked if I was famous! I ordered 4 dresses for fit and colour and could easily have kept all of them. The quality and fit is amazing - there is a slight stretch so they fit well.
The money was returned to my account once they received my returns within the week. I also loved the easy to use website with easy to use and find filters.

Great shopping experience, loads of fab dresses to choose from with a good price range. I ordered a dress for my teen daughter who is 5'5" and it arrived in good time. Unfortunately it was far, far to long so I returned it. This was also a really easy process and the communication throughout has been brilliant. Off the back of my first review the customer service team contacted me advising they offer an alterations service which I didn't realise. All in all I would absolutely order from Goddiva again!

I struggled on line to action my return. I kept one dress and returned one.
And so Goddiva efficiently sorted it via WhatsApp and was quick and easy,
I loved the dress I kept I thought it was amazing for the cost and had so many compliments.

Prompt delivery and absolutely stunning dresses just didn’t fit me. Went to return was struggling do contacted customer services via what’s app they felt with the issue I was having and enabled me to resolve the returns issue with no problem thank you.

Honestly could have not asked for better customer service!!! I was so upset that I couldn’t get hold of a dress I needed for my bridesmaids and they did everything they could to get hold of a size and they held it aside for me and sorted it from start to fisnih for me. The quality of dresses are amazing and I am so delighted to be having these dresses at my wedding. I have been so impressed with Goddiva and will continue to use them! Unfortunately my dress didn’t fit correctly and then I had a problem organising the return. However I contacted their customer services who were very helpful and had my return note sorted with all the necessary info included for me speedily 👍

Purchased 2 gorgeous sequin maxi dresses for formal evenings on my next cruise. The dresses are beautifully made and finished. Both dresses needed shortening slightly, took advantage of the Goddiva altering service which was excellent. Sent my measurements and the dresses back, alterations completed free of charge and back with me within 10 days, altered to perfection. So impressed with the whole Goddiva journey will definitely use in the future

Ordered 3 dresses 2 of which were beautiful. The third was way too large and I had trouble with return portal. I emailed customer service and was promptly assisted and return label issued within 3 hours. So far excellent service and beautiful quality dresses. Would definitely use this company again
