I ordered from Goddiva via the Debenhams website. The delivery was quick.

The dress was beautiful and good quality. The only reason I had to return it is because I’m bigger on top than on the bottom and so it was a little baggy on the hips.

Otherwise stunning and good quality material.

I couldn’t create a return through Debenhams site. I had issues trying to do it through Goddivas site as I ordered through a 3rd party but used the contact through WhatsApp service and the return was created promptly and the QR code and returns label was sent to me

I am very great full for Goddivas team. They helped me a lot with my order and they was very professional, I can’t wait until I receive the dresses.

I ordered two dresses from Goddiva and I’m extremely happy with both of them. The quality is amazing, they look exactly like the photos and the delivery was very fast. Beautiful designs and great service. I will definitely be ordering again!

I love Goddiva! Their ball gowns are absolutely gorgeous — great quality, flattering fit, and perfect for special occasions. I now have three dresses from them and honestly love every one of them.

Customer service was brilliant too. I asked for a commercial invoice and they got back to me straight away, super helpful and friendly. It’s so nice dealing with a company that actually cares about its customers.

I’ve even recommended them to a friend who’s just as happy with her dress. Highly recommend Goddiva — beautiful gowns and excellent service all round! 💖

Returned items over 2 weeks ago. No refund has been issued and my emails are being ignored. Avoid this company

Amazing service, bought a beautiful dress which was too long. Set it back to be shortened which was done free of change and returned a few days later. Will definitely buy again and recommend to my friends.

I ordered a dress , unfortunately a small fault on the dress was noticed on arrival ,however I was desperate to keep it for an event last minute. I was quickly helped and offered a partial refund , great customer service.

Wow I just ordered for the first time and I cannot be more happy! I was looking for the perfect Christmas top everywhere and none were offering the quality I wanted. The top i brought was amazing quality and quick shipping! Would recommend and buy again!

I was struggling to find the perfect dress, not just for my birthday, but also for my qualification celebration, so it was a really big deal for me. After several disappointments with other online retailers, I came across Goddiva and decided to order a few dresses, both directly through their website and via ASOS.

I had some issues returning the parcel through ASOS and was not getting anywhere with their process. I then contacted Goddiva directly, and they sorted everything quickly and without any hassle, their customer service was amazing.

The dresses themselves were beautiful, with so many styles to choose from. The quality was outstanding, and they fit me perfectly, elegant, sophisticated and a little bit sexy, exactly the look I was going for. I received so many compliments on such an important occasion.

I would definitely buy from Goddiva again. The material, fit and overall finish was absolutely perfect. Thank you, Goddiva, for helping me feel confident and stunning on my special day! 💖

I am awaiting a response as I recieved a dress today. Its made out of foam like material. Its cotton to think the design of such a dress could be made out of sponge like material. I have requested a refund or credit as apparently a return on marketplace stuff isn't possible. I think this is utter madness. Im not prepared to lose money on a badly made dress. I will update this review as things progress

I was impressed with Goddiva. There are some stunning dresses and quite reasonably priced too. I did send one of the dresses back and the whole process was easy, quick and efficient.

Returned dress after trying on and returned as normal. Received all Comms that the return was in transit, received and processed then got an email saying my return didn't meet the criteria. Would never buy from here again! Absolute scam keeping my £95!

I ordered two tops for a wedding reception - both were beautiful, great quality and fitted really well. One wasn't quite what I wanted, so I returned this. After a few issues getting the return label, Customer Service were really helpful and got this sorted for me quickly. The top I kept is amazing - I love it! There are so many beautiful outfits on the website I look forward to ordering more. Great company and I'd highly recommend them.
