Disappointed
I have used Goff for years always good price.. easy ordering and swift and smooth delivery.
The only reason I have given 4 stars is because my order was for 500 litres.. the actual amount delivered was approx 370 litres. No mention of advice from Goff why… there was plenty of room in my tank and delivery was early in day so assume plenty of oil in tanker. I rang to enquire why and spoke to someone in accounts.. he said he would process refund for overpayment but no idea why correct amount hadn’t been delivered. Didn’t offer to find out.. arrange delivery of balance of oil or apologise.
Bit disappointed with this from Goff.. I would have expected them to initiate contact with me and actually rectify the situation.

Completely blocking the public highway
The Goff delivery vehicle was blocking the road completely at 7:50 so I could not get put of my street. Luckily there was another route available via a 1/2 mile diversion. However the driver made no effort to move the vehicle and just simply said; "Go round the long way!" There was no apology and it was fortunate that it was not an emergency.
