The driver pointed out to us a crack in our tank which could lead to leakage if he filled it up.A replacement tank has been bought and fitted so we are up and running again.If we had not been warned by the driver we could have had an almighty mess to clear up.

Order for domestic fuel delivered on time at a good price. Due to pressing the wrong button paid £30 over price quoted. Pleased to say refund given without any quibbling. Date of delivery 20th June

No phone call again!!
I'm a regular customer. I always ask that Goff call me before delivery so I can open the back gate to allow the driver easlily to layout the hose to the tank.
On this delivery, I rceived a call at 7.10am from the driver parked outside, asking me to open the gate.
I went outside in my night clothes and slippers and helped him deliver the oil. I'm aged 82. Why can't Goff get this right?

Driver refused to deliver because the tank wasn’t fully supported, it has been this way for over 10 years and Goff have delivered many many times before.
It is completely the drivers decision but a little standardisation would help.

Easy to deal with company
Easy to deal with company, the online ordering system is very straightforward, the only downside is the length of time you have to wait for the delivery unless you pay more. Oil ordered on 21st June did not arrive until 2nd of July, understandable in the busy winter period but not so much in a heat wave. In defence of Goff this is indicated at the time of ordering.

With the oil price fluctuating wildly, I received a very fair quote price for 500 Litres of heating oil, The oil arrived when promised and with no involvement of myself or my family - at 06:42 on a weekday morning. Service above and beyond in my opinion.
