I ordered a set of Redmi 5 pro earbuds on the 13th June. I had no update from the company on when the item would be delivered. There is no way to contact them apart from email so I have sent them 4 emails asking where my item is. They have never answered one of them. Therefore today the 24th June I contacted PayPal and explained to them the situation, they immediately refunded me my money and opened a dispute with GoGo Gadgets.
I also looked on their site and the item is no longer in stock, so I had no chance of getting it.
Low and behold 3 hours later I get an email from them giving me an update, what a coincidence not.
Avoid this company as they are quick to take your money but not quick at giving you any answer on your purchase. At least I paid with PayPal so got my money back. It would have been a different story I would imagine trying to get a refund from GoGo Gadget.

Bought an item and got an automatic response but nothing since. Emailed them 6 times no response have to go through PayPal thankfully to get money back.

Complete fake company

Do Not buy from this company. I bought on Instagram a door bell. The label company that take your money do all the emailing . When I said I wanted to return they would only give me 20% of the total cost back and to keep the door bell. I said no, so they offered 30% back and to keep the door bell. The product is rubbish they don’t want it back. What does that tell you????

I didn't receive the items I ordered. I sent a few messages inquiring about the order status but received no reply.

I've given 5 stars for the product - a pair of Beatbuds X1 earbuds. The communication from the seller wasn't that good but I waited patiently and I'm more than chuffed with the audio on the earbuds. They're very good.

After emailing and sending a message on FB Messenger, I saw reviews and found that some customers didn't receive their items.

I called them and the chap I spoke to was very unhelpful. I volunteered to give him my order number and he said he just needed to know the items that I ordered.

I told him what was in my order and I ordered on 6th December and it included gifts for a birthday. That birthday has passed when I called and he then said I should receive the items "at some point". I asked when and he said it should be before Christmas.

I told him that I emailed and he said there is a backlog for emails and I should get a reply "at some point" but couldn't tell me when because he doesn't deal with the online orders.

I told him he wasn't being helpful and his customer service wasn't good. He said "I know". I then asked to cancel the order and he said I would have to email.

Obviously, if I emailed, I won't get a reply soon. I then said to him that I'd raise it on PayPal and he advised to do that.

This is poor service from this seller who advise that they aim to deliver within 5 working days. 2 out of the 4 items still haven't been despatched and I received the others on 22nd December.

I raised a case with PayPal and received a partial refund for the items that I didn't receive today (13th January). Other than the help from PayPal, the experience has been utterly ridiculous and horrid.

Avoid at all costs.

EcoHeat. Do yourself a massive favour and do not purchase this product. It's rubbish. Not fit for purpose. Poorly made Chinesium tat. Do not be fooled by the glossy advert flannel, or the incredible "discount" price....like I did. (Still kicking myself).
Trying to get a refund from GGG was like trying to put socks on an epileptic octopus! But I stuck to my guns and GGG finally relented and refunded me, although I was £15 out of pocket due to return shipping fee and a "handling" cost.
Edit: The GGG company I had dealings with were "gogogadgets.com.io" (British Indian Overseas Territory). Imported to an address in the Netherlands, but the returns were to an address in Wolverhampton. I believe GGG UK have had issues with these charlatans previously. I cannot vouch for GGG UK.

I ordered and paid for beat budsearly January and dispute emamail confirming order and another that my order had been shipped I have had no delivery of the order for ear beats.we will see if I get any response.Not holding my breath.John Hutchinson

Ordered a pair of Beat Bud x1 wireless headphones 10 days ago and after seeing the reviews immediately started to panic. Since ordering I've sent 3 emails regarding my order / delivery all of which were responded to within 2 days. The headphones arrived this afternoon via tracked carrier and although only early days the quality is excellent. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews as my experience has been excellent

Placed order 2/12/23 finally delivered 18/12/23. Different item to what ordered, replaced with cheap Chinese lookalike in a battered box with broken controller. Have raised charge back, avoid this scam company at all costs.

Total scam, have had to raise as a dispute on my credit card, no goods received after over a month, no replies to any emails.

This company is the worst ever. Do not use them. They sell you a bad product and will no give a refund. It is not 100 guaranteed. I'm out $125. Please avoid at all risks gogogadgets/straight commerce, inc.

Avoid this company! Placed an order a few weeks ago, order was confirmed & stated next day despatch with delivery 4-5 days. Only received a despatch email after complaining about delivery, however the tracking hasn’t changed status in over a week - Royal Mail waiting on parcel from sender. I have had to raise a chargeback with my bank to get a refund as my social media and emails go unanswered.

Placed order almost 2 weeks ago, no order confirmation only received a despatch email yesterday and had to raise a chargeback with my bank to get a refund.
Emailed multiple times to no reply and called the number on their google listing to be told he was only the shop and they couldn’t help me.

Missing order. I have emailed twice, done an online inquiry, sent a Facebook message and visited the store. No reply and no one could help me in store. The man in the store said that all the bad reviews were to do with gogogadget.io, which seems to be false. I just want my money back so I can buy the gift elsewhere. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. AVOID!!!

Decided not to continue with purchase so pressed cancel. However they decided still to take £51.94 from my account.
They supplied no order number.
Sent no product
And have relived me of money they had No permission to take.

Not happy with this company, make you pay for premium delivery then they dont honour it, shameful, will never buy from go go gadget uk again. After contacting gogo gadget 5 times and ringing 3 stores still no responce, would recommend not buying from this company

Doorbell absolutely useless and the returns policy/support is absolutely useless. It costs you postage, handling and the original delivery postage for a product that does not perform as the advertised performance. Total scam and/or rogue trading.
AVOID AT ALL COST.... It will cost you money for a product that is useless. Lesson to be learn't..

Would give no stars. Ordered an Intel door bell, didn't work. Asked to return, they kept offering a reduced price but I wanted to return. I paid for the return via Royal Mail and they still charged for shipping and handling. Reminded them re UKlaw re faulty goods but they took no notice. Finally after months of chasing them I received back just over half of the original cost. My advice don't touch them !!
