This company sells junk that doesn’t work. Their customer service is even worse than the junk they sell. Rude and offensive emails as well as a terrible rep on the telephone. I’ve been trying to return an item that is faulty for almost a month. I have had nothing but grief from this company. I can see from other reviews that they have experienced the same. This company needs to teach their reps customer etiquette. Do not buy

Do not buy any product from this company. They scam you out of money. I bought an eco-heat online. The price said £30 total but that was not the total price as it was VAT free price. The was no indication of the shipping price and when I was filling in the order form as I put in my card details the order was auto-confirmed without my consent. It was confirmed without me knowing VAT was going to be added and shipping price. Then when I requested a return I was told keep the product with a 30% return. or it would cost me more to return. What an absolute scam.. avoid at all costs as it will just cost you.

I bought 2 overpriced ecoheat devices from them. I blame myself because I didn't take time to find out what similar home heating devices cost.
I have used them for about a week now ( today is 30th November 2023 ) and I regret buying them because they don't heat up the room in any way as promised. I would have returned them and claim my money back but unfortunately the packaging has been destroyed.
To add salt to the injury suffered they charged £11:63 for delivery that took time to deliver.
I have since bought another heating device at a little over half of the ecoheat cost and is performing better.

Provided no help in solving an issue with a smart doorbell purchase from them. The bell became ‘bound’ and no advice or even sign posing given.

Overpriced product with standard generic customer service replies.

Try to avoid.

I haven’t received my item. I have contacted the company many times and I haven’t heard back. Avoid as a plague.

Items received quickly, well packaged and all working as expected. Well done to the team.

If I could put zero stars I would. Received the wrong product, sent multiples emails and no one has bothered to reply so I’m stuck with the wrong thing.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. I ordered a water bottle on the 26th August but 3 weeks later I haven’t received it. And I have recd no response to my emails. I regret not having reas the previous reviews.

Never received my purchase, nobody response on my emails, no refund...so be aware of this shop!!!!

Parcel went missing,
I’ve had one email from the company to say they’ve notified Royal Mail and would send a new product if nothing happens. Well I’ve not received the product ordered close to a month ago (on 48h tracked shipping) and the company has stopped responding to my emails…

I ordered bluetooth headphones. Cost over 1200 GBP.
They arrived late. They ked for 2 months and no more. Gogo Gadgets will not refund me nor exchange them. They only guarantee products for 30 days,

I was looking for a specific item and found it here. There was a bit of an issue with the delivery (THANKS TO ROYAL MAIL) but this was resolved via the lovely Peter after mailing to enquire.

Ordered from this company for the first time and won’t be ordering again. Stated that items would be delivered within 5 working days, I’d ordered a birthday gift which then didn’t arrive until 9 working days later (missed the birthday) emailed the company twice to find out what was happening and was ignored. When the package finally arrived it had items missing, which was acknowledged on the invoice in the package but had no update from the company as to when they will be delivered! now waiting on a reply to my 3rd email which will likely be ignored also.
I get that things go wrong at times and if the company had at least replied to let me know what was going on then I wouldn’t be leaving a bad review, but think it’s better to let people know what service to expect.

There was an issue with Royal Mail holding onto the delivery but your representative went the extra mile for me and chased it up so that I, happily, received my order. Very friendly and very helpful ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered my item over 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. The shipment was supposed to be with me in 4-5 working days. I have contacted the company twice in the past few days and I haven’t heard back. I consider this as a scam and advise not to buy from them!

Delivery arrived on time.
Rec’d wrong item , emails(6of them)to return item IGNORED. Finally emailed a manager and got address to return item.
Refund was successfully returned, as was the original item because Royal Mail couldn’t find GoGo Gadgets return’s address .
Is this poor guy running the show single handed, and Pete thanks for all your help.

Don't usually buy stuff from these but will defo buy more in the future.
