Dr Lavan visited me over the festive season for a bad bout of pneumonia. He treated this very well. Then he discovered a life threatening issue that I suffered from for months. He swiftly organised the relevant specialist , tests and I had a successful surgery. He still monitors my condition closely. He is a very kind and competent doctor. I trust him absolutely and do strongly recommend him.

My experience using Gogodoc could not have been more positive. After developing a fast onset and rather severe skin condition, I was given short telephone consultation with my usual GP and was not satisfied with the outcome. I was recommended Gogodoc by a family member and was able to book an in-person appointment for the following day as requested. Dr Lavan is an exceptional GP both in terms of knowledge and patient manner. He took a proper, thorough history and examination before discussing management and treatment options. Tests were carried out during the appointment and I received the results rapidly including bloods on the same day. Dr Lavan has also been extremely efficient in providing a referral letter and recommending a suitable dermatologist. I will certainly be using Gogodoc again. It’s a fantastic service. Very happy with Dr Lavan. Came on time, and checked out things smoothly. Though a couple of the test results were slightly delayed, he kept us informed and did not make us feel lost and confused, as often happens with medical issues.

I am very impressed with my first experience of an appointment with a private doctor from Longfield Health. Dr Lavan's professionalism, warmth and extensive knowledge gave me very confidence that his recommended treatment was the right choice for me. I future, I will always ask for a referral to a specialist from Longfield rather than add to the overly stretched NHS. The cost is much less that you would expect. Highly recommended

Me and my partner started our weight loss journey together with the help of Gogodoc , the consultant was extremely helpful and talked us through our start of taking the MOUNJARO pen . The consultant is always there to talk to and always there when needed, Brilliant service.

Very difficult to get an appointment and difficult to get in touch with. I would just suggest that you stick with regular walk-in clinics as Telehealth through this service is very slow and not reliable

I was seriously let down by NHS inefficiencies and called Gogodoc (not for the first time). Had consultation with Dr Varathan. He was immediately on the case. The whole service was efficient, professional, understanding and well worth the cost. I would definitely use again and recommend the service.

Dr Lavan paid me a home visit recently.
He was very pleasant and put me completely at ease. He arranged blood tests and came back to me with results the same day. I would recommend this service, and would definitely ask for Dr Lavan again.

Ive used gogodoc on many occasions, both for myself and family members and always receive 5 star care. Ive left reviews in the past highlighting what a fabulous service Gogodoc provides and how i would recommend to anyone needing the help of a GP. Only slight niggle but on this occasion the prescription took 4hours to come through via email which is a delay that we have never experienced before? Regardless of this Gogodoc will always be my preferred choice. The days of queuing outside my GP practice half an hour before it opens to try and secure an appointment are long gone!

I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs it. I called to book for an home-visit GP appointment at 10am and at 11am Dr Lavan was at my flat - it is very easy to book and it is 100% worth the cost. Doctor Lavan’s service has been outstanding and rare to find nowadays. He went above and beyond my expectations, he never made me feel rushed, he listened attentively and was both competent, thorough and polite. His great manner, combined with deep knowledge and understanding of various conditions, made me feel truly cared for. I have seen Dr Lavan in person, via video call and spoken to him the telephone multiple times this year for a range of health/wellness issues. I’m always very happy at the response rate, his time and patience but also the reassurances he can offer and the efficiency in which he will either send a prescription or follow up advice.
