Amazing service. My wife, after 26 years of marriage, needed her engagement, wedding and eternity ring made a little bigger. The staff at Gold Arts made the experience so easy, explaining how each ring would be altered, her wedding ring is bespoke, but the staff at Gold Arts took it all in their stride. The rings were collected today, super quick turn around, and we are delighted with the result. A huge thank you to Dean and the rest of the team for their help and commitment to a great service. We will definitely use Gold Arts again.

Gold Arts Brighton have done an excellent job creating a custom wedding band to fit my unique antique engagement ring. I loved working with Michelle on the design and am over the moon with the results - the wedding band hugs so perfectly to my engagement ring, they look like they were made as an original set! I wish I could add pictures here, but I have added them on my Google review. The price was incredibly reasonable too, especially for the service (£310 all in, for a 9ct gold size M band with custom shaping). The box is lovely too. I would absolutely recommend Gold Arts!

Gold Arts have impressed us by their quality of work and knowledge of goldsmith artistry; both contemporary and antique. Their staff are incredibly attentive and professional.
We had a repair (not a small easy one) on an Edwardian diamond ring. Glenn’s attention to detail and finish were nothing short of perfection! We are so grateful. They repaired it to perfection yet I wanted it set closer to my finger; hence, they completely reset it AND gave us a very comprehensive Insurance Evaluation complimentary. We won’t be going anywhere else other than Gold Arts for future purchases or repairs. Thank you Glenn, Michelle Kim and Emma for your patience and kind attitude.

Good quick service

Avoid at all costs terrible attitude by management and ad I was browsing I witnessed how management spoke to one of his team members. I was disgusted and with that left the shop and never will I recommend them to anyone.

Having purchased a men’s Breitling Navitimer 1884 Ltd Edition in 2023 I had an issue recently. Having contacted Gold Arts, they were fantastic. A repair was completed on the same day of receipt of the watch and returned; a 2 day turn around.

It is rare to find this level of service anywhere these days and I cannot praise Gold Arts highly enough.

Not only was I granted a warranty on the item, which was pre-owned but the promise has been kept without question.

I used Gold Arts in Brighton to resize one ring and remodel another, very please with the results on both.

We took a 50 year old ring for repair, it was bent and very discoloured. The repair took just a couple of hours. The ring now looks brand new

What an amazing shopping experience we have just had in Gold Arts Brighton. Kim was the lovely lady that looked after us so brilliantly.
