The overall experience was great. I was nervous before starting as It had been a while since being in full time education. These fears disappeared once introduced to the Goldcross team. A training plan was created which met my needs whist not interfering with my work commitments.
My assigned assessor (Adam Shaw) was excellent. He made every effort to assist, guide and streamline the process, aiding me to successfully gain the qualification.

The trainer, Slawomir Litwin, was excellent. He has a well round background from the industry and this showed in his experience and knowledge throughout the course.

He delivered the course very well and in an informative way and provided lots of resources and reference points, for all of the attendees to use, for when they go back to their projects.

Attended the online Health and Safety Awareness Course instructed by John Fitzmaurice. John is a knowledgeable instructor who made the presentation engaging and interactive, encouraging excellent participation from all attendees. The course content was clear, well-structured, and supported by practical examples that helped reinforce the key learning points. I came away with a better understanding of health and safety responsibilities and would highly recommend this course.
