Chloe was knowledgeable and polite. Made it easy for me to understand. Her having to read out message at end of phone call was a bit ridicules but otherwise cool.

vanessa with the white van was really friendly, professional, and clear, explained everything to me and she was sure to get all my details correct and to ensure my understanding for every part of the disussion, she made me feel that my needs were inportant.

What an experience! Thank you to the young gentlemen (sorry I forgot your name!) who talked me through the policy, answered my questions clearly so I understood, and made the whole scary experience of choosing life insurance so much easier!

Anne was very helpful and efficient, and very happy with offer I got. My only concern is that unless you increasing my premiums considerably yearly as I age in addition to the definite 3% expecting, I can’t see how you can make profit?
