Excellent customer service. I ordered a set of irons but did not want them delivered until I returned from holiday. Requested delay via email and received an immediate response out of normal working hours confirming that it was not a problem. I confirmed when I had arrived home and received the clubs withn 48 hours. The clubs were well packaged and exactly as described but not yet tried.

The club was not up to scratch!!
The club was delivered late. It wasn’t clean either, which was so disappointing especially paying £250. I can’t believe golfbidder didn’t take time to at least give it a bit of a clean. It was thick with hardened mud in the weight and hosel areas. Very poor. Also, a tatty cheap nylon head cover came with it rather than the Cobra Dark speed standard head cover. Terrible service and a company I won’t be using again. Poor show! Avoid!

I am very sorry that you feel disappointed with your order.
From our system, this order was placed on Saturday evening (we don't work on Sundays) and the club was posted out on Monday, delivered the following day, using our Next Day Delivery service.
The headcover is not always included. We sell things as we receive them and the listing shows whether a headcover is included or not, in the Product Details. In this case, there was a note saying that no headcover is included. We provide the plain black one to at least give it some protection.
From our photos, I can see a small amount of mud in the front weight and a little bit inside the adjustment screw, but if you see more, please feel free to contact us at sales@golfbidder.co.uk and we can see if we can work something out, or have the club returned for a full refund.

Easy way to sell your clubs
I sold a set of ping irons and the process was very easy. Golfbidder sent me suitable packaging and I was able to drop off at a DPD pick up point. There was a problem with the length of the parcel being too long and I had to reduce it to less than 1.2 metres. So I would suggest Golfbidder put this in their information to save a lot of hassle. I think I got a good deal.

Used Golfbidder for the first time selling some clubs very easy service expected to be told once they receive the clubs I'd be getting a different amount but had no experience of this payment was received a week after they got the clubs exactly what I've been told I would receive will definitely use again.

I was a bit nervous about sending my clubs without receiving any payment in advance, but I was kept informed throughout and received a timely payment upon their receipt. Would highly recommend this service.
