Super easy to deal with and the quote was exactly what I had in mind for the clubs I was selling. The postage was also paid for all I had to do was to take them to the postal point. As per process 3 days after delivery I was e mailed a link to receive the funds form hyper wallet. This was a bit of faff but ok, not sure why the payment couldn’t just be paid straight into the bank. That would have been easier for maybe less internet knowledgeable people. Overall extremely happy from end to end and would recommend, many thanks

I normally come on here when I have had negative experiences, however I have a positive review for golfbidder.
I received a reasonable quote for my old clubs and decided to accept it. I sent the clubs via the shipping label provided by golfbidder via DPD on the Friday. The clubs were received at Golfbidder on the Monday and I had the transfer of funds via hyper wallet on the Tuesday without any low balling. I was a bit apprehensive about selling these clubs and receiving the funds via hyper wallet. I received an email with instructions on how to conclude the transfer of funds. The price I was quoted for the clubs was the price I received. The funds cleared in my account on the Wednesday. I have used Golfbidder in the past and would recommend for a simple smooth buying or selling golf clubs.

Golfbidder is great but your website is a little clunky and not very intuitive. You have sorted out for me now but somehow the system thought I was buying the same driver twice and charged me! Sorted out very quickly though but probably wouldn't have happened with a better website or maybe an app.

This is probably the easiest and quickest online transaction that I have completed. I quickly found the club that I required and the description matched exactly my needs. I completed the trade in section and then completed the purchase. My purchase was packed and delivered next day, fantastic service. The club I purchased exceeded my expectations, it is like new. I used the packaging to send my trade in club to Golfbidder utilising the included shipping label.
Absolutely first class company that I will not hesitate to use again.
