Absolutely zero support and it's very frustrating going through all the hoops to try to self help your answer which is never answered. There's much other better programmes out there with actual support rather than money hungry operations.
I bought Nitro outright five years ago now they've cancelled it and told me I need a subscription which cost more than the product originally cost.

Running Nitro on a PC with Windows 11. Nitro have just pushed out an update which regretfully I agreed to and, as a consequence, I have just lost a whole day and let down a customer because of it!

Turns out the issue is known to Nitro but their support is virtually non existent so you are on your own. Luckily I managed to solve the issue- eventually- with help from knowledgeable friends and a lot of perseverance.
I have two licenses but am regretting that now!
I would advise you avoid it- especially if you might ever need their support (if you can call it that) which, from experience, you probably will!

Nitro is way more user friendly than DC and more affordable than pro. works great for people who need a more feature rich pdf software.

I am updating this review based on further experiences. The complete lack of meaningful support for paid customers means that there is no way to resolve issues with the software. The only choice is to post in the community forums, where it can take 1-2 weeks for posts to get approved and then even longer for a response. I believe that I should be able to open an actual support ticket, but the support pages keep redirecting me to the forum -- and the forum moderators have been unhelpful in resolving even this issue. I consider this purchase a disappointing waste of money.

Nitro PDF Pro is a good product that does just about everything I would expect from a PDF reader and editor. One major omission is that it does not support pinch-to-zoom on touchscreens, so that for situations where I need that functionality, I need to keep another PDF reader on hand.

My biggest complaint is with their support, which I would call nonexistent. When I follow the link to submit a support ticket, I'm ultimately given the choice of reading the user guide, consulting the knowledgebase, or posting in the community forum -- no way to actually open a ticket. I've posted twice in the forum, but my posts don't show up because they need to first be approved by a moderator. I expect better from a paid product.

My questions was not answered and I cannot make contact with your company to find a solution to my query. A little less AI and a little more human would be great.

Worse than old version, changed text but came out different front size, and no cursor for easy move the object.

It's a great tool for quick editing ! Absolutely love it !

Love the software. I appreciate that Nitro still offers a purchase option for home use instead of subscription base.

I was introduced to Nitro at my last job. It was easier to do certain things than in Adobe. It seems more intuitive and user friendly, like the developer's actually listened to those that trialed the software. I love the white-out feature.

No Polish language in the program menu. No Polish language ocr. Apart from that the program is great.

Funny you asked for a review. I rated at one star because there was no star for "scary". I started using Nitro as my default pdf reader and I just got off of a telephone conference where they kept telling me to look at a page that was not in the attachment I open in Nitro. I opened it in Adobe reader and there it was, therefore the "scary" rating.

Non existent technical support. The chair just refers one to the knowledeg base or user guide. Online information is incorrect for the Mac OS version (e.g. there is no Erase tab). Probably ok software if you can make it work, but when you hot a problem its useless since no way to get help - even though I've paid for the app.

Nitro PDF is so user friendly, ease of editing, saving the changes and sharing with others makes this the best PDF creator software.

Very easy to buy the product, very fast to make the charge on you credit card, but it is very complicated to activate the product.
