Had an amazing experience with Mood Good - received a beautiful ring for Christmas after looking at it for months! Came beautifully packed and looks to be great quality.

I bought a beautiful custom protection charm necklace from Mood Good in November. It arrived before Christmas as promised with fabulous communication, even during the Royal Mail covid busy times.
I cried when I saw the necklace, to have something made just for you & knowing it's ethical & sustainable too.
I will treasure it for the rest of my life and look forward to another Mood Good treat soon!

In August as a birthday present for myself, I ordered a customised 'happy inside' signet ring in a custom size with an engraving on the top. I am astounded at how wonderfuly it came out - better than I could have ever imagined! I regularly get compliments on how unique it is.

For Christmas this year I got The Hug necklace and Happy Sunrise ring and I’m in love. The colour of the gold is so rich and warm and the finish of each piece is perfect. So beautifully packaged and they made it to Ireland in mint condition. Each piece has a good weight to it and I’ve been getting so many compliments (shoving them in people’s faces). I received the heart singnet ring for Christmas from my partner after dropping numerous hints!! It is one of my absolute favourite pieces of jewellery already. What can I say? Thoroughly delighted with my necklace from MoodGood and Rosie (the headhoncho). I started following MoodGood on Instagram and just really liked their pieces. After losing my wonderful Papa, I really wanted a special piece to think about him and something that was a bit silly and special which sumed our relationship up. Rosie was brilliant from the beginning, she helped come up with some wonderful ideas and emailed me throughout the whole process keeping me updated at all times. Amazing little company! I asked for a custom made piece for sentimental reasons. The design is beautiful, quality is excellent and communication throughout was great. All of which during a very difficult time due to COVID-19. Over the moon, and would highly recommend.

i made an order after a few wines and two days later i realised i put my address in wrong! i messages mood good on instagram and she replied within 5 minutes and fixed my address for me. it arrived super quickly (as fast as possible to australia during covid) and now i wear my ring everyday. can’t wait to buy more!

When ordering 2 pieces for my sister and I, I had a lot of questions about sizes, delivery etc (they were going to different addresses). I contacted Mood Good on Instagram and she got back to me so quickly! She was extremely helpful and made ordering the jewellery so so easy. The rings are beautiful! I know it was difficult for my ring to be delivered in a timely fashion due to COVID-19, but it was so worth the wait, and I was able to speak to the owner over Instagram so I felt at ease that it would be with me ASAP.

When the package arrived it was packed so nicely with lots of little details that made it seem so special. I am absolutely thrilled and want to buy everything on the website!

I ordered a personalised necklace for a birthday present (the growth charm pendant). Rosie was really communicative via email throughout when I was asking about timings, and although it did end up coming a little bit later than the 28 days shipping period, the issue had been out of her hands and she responded to my email immediately with updates.

The necklace was even prettier in reality than I was expecting, and the personalised engraving worked beautifully - very subtle but clear text. I would definitely order from moodgood again!
