Superb service

My experience was great - Jonathan was super informative and offered to repeat my options multiple times until I understood what they were. Would absolutely recommend speaking to him, especially if you’re like me and know nothing. Great guy!

Fast and easy but lacking communication

So easy to upload referencing information, and very helpful when going through insurance options.
Unfortunately they did use an inaccurate move in date that the Leasing agent had not confirmed, and communication between tenants and Goodlord was lacking - we were passing info between each other rather than receiving the same information.

Having sold me a policy when I stipulated that I had an existing policy in place for another 2 weeks, I was shocked to learn that the new policy had kicked in well before my then current policy had expired.

The Bot system is the worst

The Bot system is the worst, It feels intrusive and in a situation like mine a new business owner explainkng that through a bot is impossible.
Now im talking to Michelle i feel a lot more confident in this process.

Awful software with the bot.

Great support from Agent Clare C

I had issues getting my ID loaded and my landlords email was incorrect. I went on chat and spoke to Clare C who was extremely helpful. She sent me links and I got it uploaded and sorted very quickly. Clare C was very polite and dealt with me professionally and efficiently. One of the best online help I have had.

Misuse of private information and data

This service seems to be highly unethical in terms of how they use personal information. They act as brokerage with property agents but obviously they idea is to get and use the information. I am not sure where in terms and agreements it's allowed to share all your personal information with other utility companies. Please be careful while adding information on this website. We have been getting spam sms and emails, and continuous calls selling home insurance and what not.

Very pleased with the service received

I reported an issue with Goodlord integrating with our CRM and Lucas was very helpful in resolving the issue. He personally kept in touch with the Development team for updates and pushed for it to be fixed at the earliest convenience. I very much appreciated his assistance.
