Poor sized moccasin
Bought some moccasin s for hubby. They were so tight he could hardly get them on. Compered them to old ones, they are about a size smaller. Tried to get a return s label for 2 days without success. Tried the phone number, it is disconnected. Wrote to them on Facebook, they did not reply. Scam of a company

You emailed at 11.43am on Saturday 8th, unfortunately our team do not work over the weekend. You received an automated email stating this, please check your email. Please go to : https://goodwin-smith-1647.returnsportal.online/ to create your return label. We would appreciate if you would remove the word "scam" from your review as a small family run business this is a totally unfair and false allegation. I can see you have left several comments on Facebook making the same allegations. Further as stated on our website we do not have a phone number and only use email for customer service.
