I went into Goodyear in Bothel and was told I need to spend $1200 for 4 new brakes, new tires, headlight and other small things. I have been going to this location for a while so I didn't think to question them. They didn't have the parts so we scheduled for the following week. I decided to see if I could get it done sooner at another location and was told I only need my two front brakes done, and they charged me $350.00. I am outraged Goodyear tried to steal money from me, as I am struggling to survive. Rent, food, and all bills have increased for most of us, and this type of behavior is disgusting.

Sat on the hard shoulder of the m42 waiting for these clowns. Given a eta that was 2 hours away only to then get another one 15 mins before they was supposed to be here saying another 2 hours away. Useless waste of time

DO NOT BUY Weather Ready. Has very hard rubber causing rough ride on uneven asphalt fills, uneven manhole covers, bumps in road, removed asphalt, bridges uneven, etc

My problem is not with Goodyear's tires. My issue is with Goodyear's website.

I purchased 8 tires during their Black Friday sales promotion on 11/29/21, thinking that I was purchasing tires that "qualified" for the promo. I clicked on the link that I was provided via email to browse what I had thought was the list of qualifying tires. If a customer is entering any website through advertising for a promotion, any products that don't qualify SHOULD BE GRAYED OUT (or simply not included in that view). Obviously, the tires that I purchased WERE able to be selected, and should not have been.

I ended up purchasing nearly $1900 worth of tires (no, that does NOT include the installation, taxes or fees), and yet neither set "qualified" for the sales promotion.

When I called to complain, the customer service person I spoke to agreed with me, however, the person's supervisor did not, so the promotional discount was not applied to my Goodyear credit card account.

If you wish to purchase Goodyear tires, my suggestion is to NOT purchase through Goodyear.com.

the website never works right. I log in..it logs me off. I can't pay my bill. Doesn't work in any of the search engines. it's always at least ten tries to get the thing to work. fix it!

This is in regards to their mountain bike tires. I bought a set of Goodyear Escape EN Ultimate bike tires. They mount with an extreme about of wobble that affect handling. I have a set of Continentals and Schwalbe's. Both mount up perfect. I've tried to contact Goodyear, no response. never again will I buy their tires.

No good. I bought a couple tyres two years ago and hardly driven 10K and the thread is almost gone.

My complaint isn’t with the service, the service is excellent. Have had my brakes and shocks replaced for what I consider a reasonable price. However I just purchased P265/70R17 Goodyear Wrangler AT/S which is a nice riding tire, no complaints. I paid $156 per tire which is supposed to be a good tire for Goodyear shops. However, Walmart offers the same tire in stock for $110. Why such a make up on tires. I tried to do a price match but you can only do that if you buy the tires online and I purchased in store. Big mistake on my part. So I’m out $184 and Goodyear won’t even meet me halfway on the deal. Too bad, they just lost a customer who intended to bring my 2 cars to their shop for follow on maintenance. Lesson learned. I will do a better job researching tire prices and go to Walmart, Costco, or Sam’s Club for future tire purchases. I wouldn’t recommend Goodyear Auto Centers for purchasing tires. Way overpriced and their price match is only for online purchases.

I bought a dash cam and a memory card. The memory was fine of course. However, the dash cam is so crap that the picture it captures at night doesn’t even catch the registration plate... even if it’s close close close to the car in front. The dash cam is already fitted into my car so it did the damage, I believed Goodyear’s marketing so I went to fit my dash cam already. Turns out that at night the dash cams screen is completely white and useless. So I wasted ££ with a wobbly dash cam that is completely useless. They offered to return the dash cam and they’ll provide the refund. So they want a faulty dashcam to then re sell it in COVID times to someone else? Hopefully not... Dashcam is trash get it from somewhere else. Trust me it’s not worth your money, time or even the damage it does to your car with the stupid wires. I read the reviews to make sure the dashcam was fine; surely the people leaving the reviews had a good working camera and Goodyear gave me one that gives out a fade colour on the screen. Trash trash trash. Thanks for nothing. And thank you for giving me a great experience with my first dash cam ever on my first car.

The worst tire company in the country.

You have 100 choices when it comes to tire brands. Why choose goodyear.
Their employees can wear a Transgender hat, but will be fired for wearing a hat that says Make America Great Again.
Never buy another tire from these cretins. Let them rot in their own woke sewage. Perhaps they can sell tires to their new friends on the far left.

Their 5 year warranty is worthless! I purchased some Goodyear Tyres from Just Tyres whereupon chunks started falling off them. Just Tyres said I'd need to buy new tyres and that Goodyear would reimburse me. Goodyear tried everything they could to get out of honouring their warranty and Just Tyres were of no help (other than selling me more tyres which they were obviously very happy to do - shame they weren't as helpful honouring their own 5 Year Warranty). Goodyear and Just Tyres are a bunch of cowboys.

Bought tires off website. The installer never received them or the order so been working on getting charge removed for over 2 weeks.

Great tires.
Awesome traction and lasted for a long period. About 5 years if I am not mistaken.

Goodyear isn't worth the trouble here is what I just received I gotta $88 refund and a gift card and now there telling me the gift card is no good and the numbers on it is no good leave it to Goodyear thanks Goodyear never again a customer of yours.. I'd post a picture but they won't let me laughing. What a joke GOODYEAR

Friendly helpful and professional customer service. They always inform me on what needs to be done.

BUYER BEWARE - When you purchase tires online from Goodyear, THERE IS NOT FREE ROTATION, NOR ARE YOU ABLE TO GET ROAD HAZARD. When they are shipped to your local Goodyear store they are INDEPENDENT DEALERS who just install tires and have NO interest in service even though their sign says Goodyear out front. This is NOT made clear anywhere. So surprise if you want your tires rotated. $$$$. Any money you save buying them online will soon be spent in tire maintenance costs!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Wish there was a -0 star! I've had 3 dealings with them over the past 12 years. The first time I purchased over $1200 in tires for my work van. The service was horrible, took forever and the staff was rude and un-attentive. I dealt with them again 5 years later thinking it would be better and same issues. Bad service, took there time and let customers stand around and they were rude! So again, I gave them another chance 6 years after that! I scheduled an 8am appt for new tires that I purchased at Goodyear.com weeks in advanced and paid with my Goodyear credit card. I showed up at 8am sharp. The guy was at the counter, I said good morning, he looked at me and didn't say one word. He then left me standing there for a long while 10-15 mins without acknowledging my existence. Going to the back office and returning to the computer multiple times until I could not take it no more and left! Needless to say I will reschedule with another local tire shop & I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH GOODYEAR AT 15 BARNETT BLVD POUGHKEEPIE NY 12603 AGAIN!!!

Some of their store employees are very rude and knows nothing about customer service especially the ones in Deptford, NJ.
