L support worst service worst play points tab. I had saved alot of play points and when I was about to use they removed my fav game coupon. Support feels like you are talking to donkey who are toddlers and know nothing. And I hate that Google play games whenever I want new game the saved data comes up did I asked you to? All the reviews are fake they also let the apps who scam in their platform like bruuh? They also steal your data you guys will be already on the black market list .

They refused to give me my 14 right to withdraw refund for my purchase of a premium X account.

Google play are enabling scammers to deluded people I to downloading their fake games from Google play. You'd imagine a corporation as big as Google would not really need backhanders/ commission from scammers but it seems they do. There are literally hundreds of game apps making dishonest claims about their games and overseeing apps like Rewarding, Real Cash, Mr Beast and many others making false claims to delude people. Google won't care but honestly just find games that promise only entertainment because you might get conned into making deposits to them and you will NOT get your money back. These are thieves and dishonest scumbags. Googles Partners!

I took a 3 day free Trial for a Roku remote app. However they charged me 24.95 for the app before notifying me that I would be charged for it!I contacted them on several occasions ,but was just met with stock, possibly AI responses that the payment ,which I claimed was unauthorized was justified ,and they refused my request to refund the unwanted Roku app.Very annoyed,and will not be buying anything from Google play store ever again!

Dishonest, biased staffs withholding negative reviews on app developers, thus unable to warn unsuspecting online shoppers about dishonest sellers.

Bought OSmaps through them, link between them and OS maps didn't work, checked with OS maps who said it wouldn't work and that i should get a refund from Google play, Google play refused to give my money back

I thought I was putting free game on my cell. Then I see they charged my Google account. I went to CANCEL that game
I go to cancel and get Help who has me. Pay $1 just to text for. Went through the whole to find out Help can't Help. Get a phone number to call to remove game. I had played one game and then found out it cost money so i deleted it from my phone. Get phone number from HELP to call and get this canceled. Before I can even talk to this person I have to pay another $5. I feel this wholeess is a scam. I do not know if my game is canceled AND I want my money back.
BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY.

This whole think is a scame. Why would someone have to pay to get a game canceled.

Too much censorship - It's not possible anymore to write an honest review of an app because the team (AI?) behind it is very judgemental and does too much interpretation and assumption of intentions. Toes have grown too long in america. I seek to hop to an alternative in a less autoritarian culture.

Bought this chrome extention app called SwiftRead that's supposed to read your screen. It shows you the words but no sound. It's like karaoke with music or sound. I paid$63 for the year and now there's not a damn thing that I can do about it. You never can when you buy apps. Who do we complain to? Or request our money back from? Or given the instructions. It's pay, download try extension and bad luck if it doesn't work. No one regulates these apps sold to people through Google Play store or Chrome extension etc. it's robbery and time consuming for all the apps that promise to pay you to play. They are the worst culprits. WE NEED A SYSTEM TO PROTECT US FROM THIS ROBBERY. IT IS STRAIGHT IN YOUR FACE DAY LIGHT (JUST ACCEPTED) ROBBERY!!
