EDIT UPDATE: I've increased it from my initial 2 stars to 3 stars. THANK YOU TRUST PILOT!!! If not for this app I am 95% certain that I would not had received a genuine email apology and a full refund so prompt, if at all. It's unfortunate that Fruugo's refund procedure has it's flaws but I'm appreciative that they have someone employed to manage feedback by customers on Trust Pilot. I think that's great but sad for the people that don't know about or use Trust Pilot. Can't read or use technology, visual impaired, iliterate etc. Readers, DON'T believe everything you read by unverified reviewers. I purchased a Samsung Flip 5 case. It is a manufacturer error, nevertheless, it was good in theory, it's the case that has with the option (attachment convertor) one a stylus with an excellent quality, perfect size stylus, or you can just use the attachment opting for a stylus free look, flush. It could be a really good case but the case is so poorly made, it's flimsy and my phone dropped on the ground (!!) twice in 2 days luckily it wasn't screen smash but that was just sheer luck. What will they do when someone's phone gets smashed, like mine didn't by a freak of nature. I reported it, trying to get a refund, I get a reply asking me if I'm sure that I've got the right model phone and that Andrew has taken it off the shelves as I've advised him, emphasised that he needs to take them off the shelves before it becomes a liability. So, no option to refund or mention about a refund. Now when I try to ring the number, it says service unavailable but I can call anyone else. All day and night. I try to apply for a refund on the Fruggo app, it says systems down. Now, all I have to ask is...!!!!!!! Andrew at Fruggo. No professionalism, no business ethics, no resolution, unless they intend to purchase me a new phone or pay my contract off on my now scratched phone. What can I do? The purchase was slow delivered (it a sly company using the Australian name (destroying it) but are mainly from China. Look at the reviews, the good ones, not one verified reviewer which makes me 98% believe that they are bogus reviews. No item arrives quickly. How? From China? But I expected that, not knowing at the time they were palming themselves off as having stock made or atleast kept/stored in Fruugo warehouses across Australia. Rubbish. Main problem is the refund. They should be replacing my damn scratched phone, I'm being generous and compassionate to just expect a refund. Apologies, emails, updates don't give me a phone case or give me money to buy a replacement or even option to exchange. Watch out for the reviews. Make sure that they are verified reviewers. There's no reason to not be verified. If you've gone as far as to write a review. Not rocket science, yes there are a couple of exemptions for not being verified like not having ID. That's about it. Otherwise this app would become, is becoming useless, just by the reviews that this company has received. Impossible, okay, well highly unlikely!!
