Inconsistency in products material, flimsy and faulty, over made a few purchases and the products were all faulty. I can't seem to get any help and this is the third time that I've done this review.

Bought a faulty product, I put it on this to complain then they gave me a useless email to contact and I'm still waiting for a response. I purchased an extra one for my mum before the initial product arrived so I'm stuck with a mask, to handheld ones and I can't get a return when they're all faulty. It's been awhile since I purchased it but it's been this long to get a response.

They take advantage of the disadvantaged, the elderly, non English speaking people and is a dodgy company. Run

We had to near beg for a business card, the quote they gave us, he had fudged the phone number that was suppose to be a 6 at the end into a 0 so that we couldn't contact them. The business address we went to has 2 young teens living in it. The factory itself has been abandoned, we've managed to locate their new address to Cheltenham. They left gaps that defeat the purpose of a fence. The fence was not reinforced, the fence post hubs were coming off the fences. My sister had to ring him to pretend she was interested in a fence for us to get him here and they're out there yelling now at where the fence is falling apart, the job was done shonky, they rushed the job, the fence is banging at all hours of the day. My mum is 75yo, he is out there yelling at my mum and I just had to go and pull him up. This looks like that it's going to VCAT. There is no alternative option. Bad workmanship, bad work ethics, lack of respect for the elderly and disadvantaged. It's really sad listening to him try to justify his shiftiness. Unwillingness to accept accountability but pressured us to pay money money money. He is Vietnamese, no ABN in sight. Best stay away.

Received 2 faulty devices

Received 2 faulty devices, this is my third complaint, only get no reply emails. It's a scam. I don't understand the ratings received for this here by other purchases but by my experience I have to say that they are fake. Can not be the same company. Customer service is impossible and I did what they told me to do in the first response that I received from them on here to my first complaint and still nothing. Don't say that you weren't warned. I'm sorry.

Reported to trust pilot, they responded, I followed their instructions to contact support and got no where

This company responded to my previous complaint to trust pilot, I was happy to get a response and assistance only to write to the email provided and guys no where. Now I'm stuck with a flimsy can't possibly past Australian health standards, A handheld mask. And what's worse? I purchased an extra handheld mask before the actual product arrived for my mother. So I'm stuck with a brand new handheld one too. I just want to refund and nothing to do with this company anymore. I thought my first complaint was very democratic. Such a disappointment cuz it could have been a good product. Was it for the faulty flimsy materials and the inability to get customer service or response. Very dodgy.

First, the statement that our handheld LED mask “cannot possibly pass health standards” is false. This device does meet regulatory requirements and has been sold to hundreds of thousands of customers globally, including Australia, with extensive safety testing and compliance documentation. If it did not meet these standards, it would not be legally permitted for sale.

Second, describing the device as “flimsy” is a subjective opinion, not a fault. The mask is intentionally lightweight and flexible by design to allow safe, comfortable handheld use. This does not indicate poor quality or a safety issue.

Regarding customer service:
We did respond publicly to your initial Trustpilot review and invited you to contact us directly so we could resolve this. Our support team responds to all tickets, however delays can occur during peak periods. We do not ignore customers, and we do not refuse refunds when they fall within our policy.

Actually keeps your hot drink hot

I must put this review up because of how impressed that I am with this smash ceramic coffee cup with a lid, that has a slide close top that isn't spill free. You must have the cup standing up but unless you're going to put your coffee cup in a bag then you shouldn't have an issue. Imagine any car coffee cup. Even with the mouth slide open my coffee stays hot for an hour to then it keeps the coffee warm enough to drink for 3 hours afterwards. Especially handy when I am one to make a coffee and forget about it till hours later, where it's not hot but it's warm enough to drink nicely. The compact fits in your hand, might be too small for some people but it's perfect for me because I don't have big cups of coffee, have it much stronger with my daily dose of marijuana oil. The cup is fantastic. It's a regular size coffee cup that fits in your car drink holder easily for you to use when you buy coffee (BYO cup for the environment), When you make a coffee even with milk it's too hot to drink! It just retains heat for so long. I'll have to add a bit of normal temp water to make it drinkable. Only thing is that you can't put this in the microwave (I'm one of those people that use to have to reheat my coffee in the microwave) but since I've gotten this cup, I haven't had to use the microwave. It's just a great buy for those on the road working in there cars, or use just at home like I do. I never knew that ceramics had this affect or capabiilities like this on anything let alone a coffee cup. Well done smash!! Lunch boxes, drink bottles, sports drink bottle, thermal cups etc

Luck of the draw, flimsy is what I got. Can't get a response from them.

I bought the LED MASK and the handheld one. Both charge ports didn't fit properly leaving me having to fiddle with the things to charge. The charger cable clip doesn't go fully into the charge sockets. I was thinking that I will be able to get an exchange, it's a good product, just mine happen to be flimsy. If you're lucky to get a good one that good for you. I've flicked then another email, hopefully someone will get back. The handheld one felt like it was giving me very gentle electricity shocks. It's not painful but it just didn't feel safe, it's not just a vibration tingle. I'm scared to use it because it's sort of becomes unbearable. I don't think that's normal. Hopefully this will get their attention. It's just a damn shame that they skimpped on quality control and testing. Maybe they didn't have the funds and were forced to Make in China. This couldn't be made in Australia. Not a chance. It wouldn't past safety guidelines. Not a chance. They need a big money investor to help them get it to quality. Seems like a good company that needs a hand.

This review I'm told is strictly for the website ease of use and not the product. So..The categorising and labelling to find items were unusual. You expect to select LED MASKS and all the available masks to appear but then now it's just occurred to me, maybe they just don't have enough products. They were all grouped in so it left me wondering if there was any other products that I don't know about. Am I correct to say that you have less then 10 products for sale online?

Led Lux face mask for $155 is the best…

LED Lux face mask for $155 is the best in comfort and convenience, it's exactly like wearing a costume mask. The built in goggles for your eye area perfectly sealing out the light away from your eyes. It has an auto shut button per 30minutes. It's made to use on bare, cleansed skin, it has a Velcro strap to strap the mask to your head. You can barely notice it on when you're wearing it if it wasn't for the closed visibility range. Red, blue and yellow lights. Approx 70 led button lights which doesn't sound much in comparison to other much more expensive device it offers gigs coverage nevertheless. The only thing with the is that you don't have the neck attachment but I got mine in a bundle deal with the head held neck one for a discount. I don't know interest of results but I've tried a few masks on and this has got to be the most painless and light mask that I've found. I'll have it on while I'm working on the laptop, cooking, etc, but then I've got to remember to do my neck later before bed. My unwinding. It's a pain that you've got to manually use the neck one holding it in your hand.

Promised a free holster with purchase but the promo code provided didn't work

I spent over 2 hours deciding on what case to buy and being tight on money decided to buy the Drop + Otterbox Defender Galaxy cover S25 + lured by the promise of a free holster shipping paid. Went to enter the promo code only to be told it wasn't valid. Real disappointed, I chose your product for this freebie thinking that I'll save on buying a seperate hoister. S#*t go. Robbery by deception and false pretenses. The case cost me $100 and another$24 for the screen protector and a $39.98 Google Pixel pro 9XL cover. Disappointed OtterBox. I love your products but this wasn't cool or right. Clear deception and what am I supposed to do about it. Take it back to Harvey Norman and tell them what? I can go get lost and lump it like everyone else that's been deceived. Just didn't expect it from you guys.

Items arrived wrapped securely

Items arrived wrapped securely, being glass and fragile (actually really thick glass and made really well and you can feel that the handlers have respect for the glass items, very impressed with the packaging, you could literally throw both *hr*nks and they just bounced in and on the box parcels. Items arrived much quicker, over 3 weeks quicker coming from the USA. Very happy. Will not think twice about dealing with this business again. Actually, they're my new "go to" for any required "equipment" if you know then you know.

I got scammed using their app!!

I was booking a job then right before I confirmed a pop up, said that my tasks won't be posted unless I update my bank details. I've already given them my back details so didn't think anything of it, thinking that I might have to update my details because I've gotten new cards since and want sure what was on their file. A Westpac box pops up that looks like the sign in of a mobile app. Asks for your 8 digit number and password. Then send me a Westpac looking verification code for new to enter. I later find out that it wasn't Westpac. It's elaborate. I'm not sure who to blame for this, all I know is that minutes later I had a total of 3 transactions that I definitely didn't make, I was on the phone trying to set this air task job up. A total of $700. $300 to Prezee (Prezee received the purchase), and the other $400 in seperate transactions of $200 going to a King something long story short, casino. Now I'm just waiting for the fraud department (made in bloody India) to get back to me. I don't know what else to tell you as I'm sitting here still in shock but I want to warn others.

Extension app fit Google called SwiftRead

Bought this chrome extention app called SwiftRead that's supposed to read your screen. It shows you the words but no sound. It's like karaoke with music or sound. I paid$63 for the year and now there's not a damn thing that I can do about it. You never can when you buy apps. Who do we complain to? Or request our money back from? Or given the instructions. It's pay, download try extension and bad luck if it doesn't work. No one regulates these apps sold to people through Google Play store or Chrome extension etc. it's robbery and time consuming for all the apps that promise to pay you to play. They are the worst culprits. WE NEED A SYSTEM TO PROTECT US FROM THIS ROBBERY. IT IS STRAIGHT IN YOUR FACE DAY LIGHT (JUST ACCEPTED) ROBBERY!!

This is a rort

This is a rort. One click protection? Yeah, right. I pressed the red button to activate the app but the second that I've just activated it and it turns green to show you that it's working? Well, bullshit because after I activated it, point 2 seconds after an ad pops up. I'm using a Samsung flip. 4 pop ups have popped up and the app is on as I write this and adds are continuing to interupt me from doing this review. What a scam. $2 here and $2 there, it adds up. Where do we ask for a refund or the complaints line please?
Edited hours later. Ad block is on as I type and I'm being interrupted by ads. It appears that it's caused for more ads. Interrupting me mid sending text message. I'M NOT BLOODY HAPPY! HOW DO I GET THIS ADDRESSED?

I had no choice but to give one star but frankly from one person worth a secret of self confidence, weight issues, just want to tone up or that you've got nothing to lose mentality to another. My brother, my sister, I don't do reviews unless they're unacceptable or unbelievable. You have your hard working or partners or families hard earned money on vitimans c cream. I know, i know the stories songs so good and it looks so good. Remember, gone are the days where we can say "seeing is believing" wipe that logical (outdated, well and truly with AI). I was terrified when my male friend sent a picture of, let's put it this way, it'd be against the law to view let alone do. Yet there I was, appearing to be doing it and loving it when it infact makes me sick to my stomach and confirmed my suspicion along time ago that this "seeing is believing" no longer exists. I know you've seen numerous ads, maybe even pictures (AI generated), a story that will suck you in (AI generated) maybe even endorsed by your favourite artist, movie star, etc. DON'T, THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. LIVING COSTS ARE HARD ENOUGH COMPANIES LIKE THIS ARE PURE EVIL. PREDATORS. DON'T be stupid and hands over your money when I've tried it for 3 months to no avail. Nothing, I think that I actually gained. It's like drinking lemon cordial. You have don't have the capability or ability to detect a scam and it's only a matter of time till you will learn the hard way. We all have to but, I'm trying to avoid the financial emotional physical psychological effects that are so damaging that come hand in hand with ordering this product.

Run! Simple Promise is a scam!! Should be called complex B.S

Run!! No joke. I bought from the internet after a pop up appeared about a woman being detained by customs because they did not believe that she was the person that was in the photo. Story goes, the daughter who studies in pharmaceuticals, saw how her mum had devoted her whole life to raising her blah blah blah teary eyed, really captures the fact that she made this product to give you your youth back, to the point that customs doesn't let you in because of looking like the daughter or granddaughter of the woman in the passport photo and not her. Apparently the daughter created this out of love for her mum and not for profit but she wanted to help us normal depressed, desperate to flatten that tummy, bedsides, she made it for her own mum and her mum obviously experienced life changing money. For a small price of, or was something in the $100's. They delivered it with no paperwork, I couldn't even complain or know who to contact but this was last year or the year before, I'm over it till I am just spring cleaning now and saw the stash (to embarrassed to let my partner know that I was screwed over, beautifully and so naive and desperate with full of unopened containers and it. Breaks my heart, how these people get away with this. Now with AI apps, anyone can be a reliable seller, have AI made endorsements or stories made to tug on our hopes, dreams, future, security. They say AI is progress, I'm not so sure. Robots evolve to with our without our help. They'd be top of the food chain above humans. Point being, don't fall for them I also purchased an promotional product called Idrotherapy. I didn't bother pursuing either products because I know it's pointless because I'm even doubting the genuine type some of these reviews for other products, that I know don't work for a fact.

After posting on trustpilot, Fruugo contacted me, apologised for Andrew who dealt with me was in training and refunded me fully for the phone case. Damn scratches on my few month on 24 months plan, 3 months old😭All I hope is that really discontinued it as Andrew said he did but incase he didn't DO NOT BUY THE FLIP 5 CASE WITH A STYLUS ATTACHMENT ON THE TOP OF THE FOLD. I purchased a Samsung Flip 5 case

EDIT UPDATE: I've increased it from my initial 2 stars to 3 stars. THANK YOU TRUST PILOT!!! If not for this app I am 95% certain that I would not had received a genuine email apology and a full refund so prompt, if at all. It's unfortunate that Fruugo's refund procedure has it's flaws but I'm appreciative that they have someone employed to manage feedback by customers on Trust Pilot. I think that's great but sad for the people that don't know about or use Trust Pilot. Can't read or use technology, visual impaired, iliterate etc. Readers, DON'T believe everything you read by unverified reviewers. My initial review :
I purchased a Samsung Flip 5 case. It is a manufacturer error, nevertheless, it was good in theory, it's the case that has with the option (attachment convertor) one a stylus with an excellent quality, perfect size stylus, or you can just use the attachment opting for a stylus free look, flush. It could be a really good case but the case is so poorly made, it's flimsy and my phone dropped on the ground (!!) twice in 2 days luckily it wasn't screen smash but that was just sheer luck. What will they do when someone's phone gets smashed, like mine didn't by a freak of nature. I reported it, trying to get a refund, I get a reply asking me if I'm sure that I've got the right model phone and that Andrew has taken it off the shelves as I've advised him, emphasised that he needs to take them off the shelves before it becomes a liability. So, no option to refund or mention about a refund. Now when I try to ring the number, it says service unavailable but I can call anyone else. All day and night. I try to apply for a refund on the Fruggo app, it says systems down. Now, all I have to ask is...!!!!!!! Andrew at Fruggo. No professionalism, no business ethics, no resolution, unless they intend to purchase me a new phone or pay my contract off on my now scratched phone. What can I do? The purchase was slow delivered (it a sly company using the Australian name (destroying it) but are mainly from China. Look at the reviews, the good ones, not one verified reviewer which makes me 98% believe that they are bogus reviews. No item arrives quickly. How? From China? But I expected that, not knowing at the time they were palming themselves off as having stock made or atleast kept/stored in Fruugo warehouses across Australia. Rubbish. Main problem is the refund. They should be replacing my damn scratched phone, I'm being generous and compassionate to just expect a refund. Apologies, emails, updates don't give me a phone case or give me money to buy a replacement or even option to exchange. Watch out for the reviews. Make sure that they are verified reviewers. There's no reason to not be verified. If you've gone as far as to write a review. Not rocket science, yes there are a couple of exemptions for not being verified like not having ID. That's about it. Otherwise this app would become, is becoming useless, just by the reviews that this company has received. Impossible, okay, well highly unlikely!!

Was sold an automatic trading program but.. upon emailing these people they were unhelpful, rude and the only thing that I got back was disrespect and care factor ZERO.

I purchased this under the understanding that they did automatic trading on your behalf. I'm absolutely shattered. How do I get a refund and are they work on association with BTCap? A Daniel White or have I been scammed? 😭
