GO Outdoors - Alnwick Reviews 

Today, I visited Go Outdoors Alnwick in my quest to replace my walking boots and the customer service I received from the staff was excellent. Trying on footwear can be a bit of a pain at the best of times but all members of staff were extremely helpful & knowledgeable which made my visit to the store a pleasure. In particular, Jay demonstrated great customer service so a huge thank you to him and the whole team as I left the store happy with my purchase and surprisingly unstressed.😁

Paul at the Alnwick branch was awesome today. I took a faulty blow up mattress back which I’d used once, and after two mins of checks, with minimal fuss, he swapped it for a new one. Nice one!

Very helpful and friendly staff, good range of products and great value.

Ordered North Ridge walking shoes on line to be delivered to Alnwick Go Outdoors while we were on holiday there. Notification was sent the following day the they were ready for collection. The shoes are very comfortable as soon as I had put them on and great value for money at the sale price.

FANTASTIC SERVICE BY SALLY.
Visited the go outdoors Alnwick on June 18 to exchange a pair of walking shoes that were leaking. They did have a direct replacement but SALLY went through some other options, one of which we went for in the end. Whilst dealing with us SALLY was also dealing with another couple at the same time, so very busy but still managing to advise and inform both sets of customers. Dont get that kind of service and knowledge from a computer screen. Many Thanks to SALLY.

Sam & Paul were really friendly and helpful when we were buying a camping barbecue. They gave great advice and were really patient. excellent service!👍

A lovely lady named Sally helped me find some great La Sportiva shoes before my trip to Vietnam! Well the 2 week trip turned into 4 months and I’m back now, still got my Sportivas on. Cheers sally!!

What a great store, really friendly staff who could not do enough for me and my wife. One of the young ladies wrote down how to register my wife's Discount Card. Will call again the next time we are in Alnwick.

I had three items on my list and all were in stock and easy to find. Prices always seem competitive at Go Outdoors but what made my day was chatting to Sally on the checkout desk. Sally asked if I had a blue light card, now this impressed me because no one has ever asked me that before anywhere. It usually falls to me to ask if a company accepts blue light card. For those who don’t know a blue light discount card is something military, emergency services and NHS people can get. It gets you a varying amount of discount at certain places. I guess it’s a bit of a perk that some companies offer for public service. Anyway Sally clearly understands the value of what it represents and It was so nice of her to ask. It made my day, thank you Sally.

My cashier Sally informed me that go outdoors accept blue light cards for a discount. Great to know as I wasn’t aware before! Often shopping here so will be using my card again
