Ample parking, easy to get to from motorway, great prices, very friendly & helpful staff especially Shaun up on the upper floor, who helped me this morning to choose my backpack for EBC trek, explained all the models & their capabilities when I listed out my requirements he showed me the best one, also as I never owned one my self he helped me to adjust to my body shape and of I come back pack on my back. Can’t wait to go back end of next month to buy some more gear, keep up the great work you all. Well done.

Excellent customer service from Olivia, she was so patient and helpful as we wanted to compare different walking boots. She showed us a hack of tying the boot laces so they make the boots more supportive and comfortable. 10/10 visit!

Went into the store to buy a rucksack with my friend, and a member of staff called Shaun was super helpful. He helped us with the range of smaller daytrip rucksacks, showed us some of the sale stock and was just really proactively helpful and nice 👍

Popped in to find a good sized rucksack for a trip to Asia. Shaun was incredibly helpful and exuberant; even going out of his way to fit the rucksack to my size. Very pleasant experience and thank you Shaun!

I went there for my DofE walking shoes, and the person the helped me called Shaun was realy nice and taught me how to tie the laces properly.

We popped in to Go Outdoors, Banbury looking for a couple different items of clothing & accessories before going away on a trip. Emma asked if we needed any help; she was amazing, talking us through all the options we had, brands, the different technology / fabric of brands which would suit us best, with various prices ranges & options.
She was nothing but helpful and patient, with nothing being too much of an ask.
Great experience in store.
The store also now group brands together which makes shopping much easier!

Very friendly on arrival, very helpful when I was looking for certain trousers, got me different sizes too…. Her name was Emma. Great experience.

I was helped, in a very polite and unhurried way, to select some things i needed. Emma was very knowledgeable about outdoor activities so could talk from experience, and Sammy was patient getting things for me to try. I was very pleased with the items I bought and glad that the staff were polite and accommodating.

We were served by Olivia whilst looking for DofE kit, she’s about to complete her gold & answered all our questions with confident professionalism, a real asset to your team.

Olivia helped me find some new trail running shoes today. She gave lots of advice and was super patient while I tried multiple options until I finally settled on the right pair. Would definitely go back.

We had a fantastic experience buying DofE equipment. With very great thanks to Silas who was knowledgeable about the products and had some great tips and tricks that he could share from his own DofE experience.

Visited the Go Outdoors Banbury branch. We were greeted with a really friendly welcome. Emma assisted us with our purchase and had extensive knowledge of the branded clothing and benefits. Excellent service and will definitely visit again.
