Very kind staff.

I came in a few days ago to prepare for a hike up Snowdon. Ella was such a big help. She stayed with me the entire time guiding me through picking the right walking boots, and telling me about her various hiking stories. The experience was very enjoyable and I will definitely be back if I need anything else. Thank you Ella!

Puck was very knowledgeable about the products, patient and extremely helpful and polite. A great shopping experience.

Also to the gentleman the was on the tills, apologies didn't catch a name. He checked we could get as much discount as possible including asking if we had blue light (which we did and I always forget to use) so thank you so much!

Great experience buying a new pair of walking shoes. Ahren was patient in bringing out multiple pairs in various sizes. He was helpful and gave advice on the best fit. I’m delighted with the pair I ended up with and they’ve proved to be very comfortable.

Great experience at Bangor go outdoors! Wonderful help from a young fella called Puck.
He was both knowledgeable and fun to talk to.
We came in looking for 3 things and got those three things with his assistance. When an issue came up with stock, Puck helped us and resolved it.

Great customer service and colleagues that actually enjoy their job.

Beth was very helpful and knowledgeable.
As newbies, with some ideas of what we wanted, she advised and recommendations. Beth became like our personal shopper from the time we asked our first question. She went above and beyond. Can't praise Beth enough.

Did go to Go Outdoors in Bangor Nr Wales but didn’t have what I wanted hence buying online My parcel went somewhere else but was sorted out straight away very happy with my purchase and the price

I had a fantastic experience visiting this store today. After wandering aimlessly around trying to find what I needed, I asked Mandy for some help, and I am so glad I did! Despite interrupting what she was doing, she went completely out of her way to assist me and made sure I got absolutely everything I needed. She was fantastic, incredibly helpful, and it is clear she genuinely enjoys her job.The great service actually started before I even arrived. I had called the shop earlier to check if an item was in stock, and the lady on the phone was super helpful and informative. To top it all off, Daisy on the till was lovely and provided a wonderful end to my visit.The shop has a fantastic atmosphere and is incredibly well-stocked. I left very happy and highly recommend them!Ppl

Went to buy some walking shoes/boots today and was impressed by the level of customer service. I was given space to actually walk around and decide for myself which ones would work best for my needs. And when I did narrow it down to a few options the server Nabeil was very attentive and polite. I was able to try on the shoes I was interested in very quickly and he was very helpful in describing the pro and con of each pair.

Fantastic service, extremely helpful even though close to closing time on a Sunday. Staff helped us select and fit a roof box and bars. Their attitude was above and beyond what you could expect, good to see that customer service was their priority. Very friendly, informative and listened to our needs before suggesting items. Cannot fault them in any way. James and Ianto were the staff who provided this outstanding service, can’t praise them enough.

I was in some deliberation about sizing of walking shoes. Nabeil and his colleague were extremely helpful and patient following my constant requests for a particular size.
