Barnstaple store Leo couldn't help us enough very happy with his help and knowledge and customer service 10/10

Had to go in for a brand new tent due to mine breaking. The staff Leo, Bradley and Kaley were absolutely incredible. They all helped me find the perfect one for me and my pooch and answered all my questions even though I'm sure it gave them a stroke lol. I couldn't have asked for better staff to help me on my mission for a new tent which I brought and absolutely love, so does the pooch. They are super pet friendly which was incredible. Couldn't of had a better first experience with go outdoors than I did that day. Highly recommend all three of them if you ever have any problems or questions they know their stuff.

I came to find ice blocks and was assisted by Rob to find them then kept thinking of other things, and he assisted me with each. It was really helpful when I couldn't find things or needed to see a toolbox out of its box. He was friendly, fun and helpful. Thanks Rob!
The til staff were also helpful and calm, helping with said cool box out to the car as I carried everything else.
Love the discount and the variety available.

Our enquiry on entering the store was immediately dealt with. Escorted to the correct aisle and shown available stock and also got further item which was more to our taste. Thank you Ben.

Went in to buy some shoes, left with a whole wardrobe thanks to the team, very approachable friendly staff across the board, special shout out to Gabriel for his knowledge, honesty and overall helpfulness also to Julie for being the most friendly retail worker I have ever met (you guys have a seriously rough job sometimes so hats off to you) as well as Simona who served me on the till and helped me get my membership fulfilled, couldn’t have asked for a better experience :))

Also big shout out to the little boy playing the harmonica as I was walking around, definitely need to pay him for his work, excellently setting the atmosphere

Despite technology not working, Charlotte and her colleagues went out of her way to sort me out a replacement of a product I’d bought in a different store. Great costumer service. Thank you.

I wanted to buy some Merrell sandals. Rob was very helpful and showed me the options. I chose the pair I wanted, was on my way in 10 minutes. Excellent service.

Everything we needed was in stock, from camping equipment to wetsuits. Good range of sizes and really helpful staff, particularly the lady at the till. Ideal stop for us as we head to the coast.
