Very Welcoming coming into the store , and was assisted with Harry customer service staff. I told him what I was looking for in the store. A backpack , dry bag and waterproof cover for my bag.
He explained excellent what exactly I needed , took the time to explain what I needed to suit my needs for the equipment.

I told him needed a torch but couldn't have a head torch as they give me headaches. He advised the right torch also for my needs!

I couldn't recommend Harry the customer service staff .. he explained everything to me perfectly, took time to explain everything & his knowledge base was 5 star! First time I've had staff take time out to assist a customer with the products I needed and not sell me something I didn't want.

Look forward to going back into the store for the future.

The shop in Betws y Coed is excellent - good location, a wide choice of goods and excellent staff. Karl Owen was excellent with his advice and customer service. Llawer o ddiolch.

Visited the shop to spent vouchers and Louise and Harry were very helpful and went out of their way to assist me. Much appreciated, thank you!

Just looking today, and Louise the assistant, found the sizes I needed in a pair of walking shoes, waterproof North Ridge, lovely and comfortable, great colours too. Size 8 fitted like a glove, I had them, wore them and bought walking socks, buy one get another half price - Trail hike, Bridgdale, comfortable and a good fit.
Louise helped me chose, and packed my old trainers, and new socks.
In total £80.
I joined Go Outdoors membership £5 for a year, and saved £30 off the walking shoe paying £50 and socks £19, another pair half price at £9.
All set up at the till by Louise, who made the whole experience very easy.

We came to the store yesterday a busy Saturday afternoon to find walking boots. My partner is a half size and this was proving difficult but we were approached by Beatrice who was very helpful. She bought us countless pairs of boots to try and although we were there quite a long time she was friendly and helpful. She encouraged us to make sure that what we were buying was right as although we could return them it would be very inconvenient for us as we weren't local to the store. Beatrice remained friendly and professional the whole time and it was a pleasure to shop in store with her help.

I always get helpful and friendly service in the Bettws y Coed branch of GoOutdoors. 10/10

The guys in the shop were excellent and they couldn’t have done anything more than they did for us. We purchased some walking shoes and also updated our members card, which was all explained and carried out in a very professional manner

Lovely little shop which is well stocked and excellent staff who are always friendly and welcoming to customers and browsers alike, and a special thanks to Louise who helped me to find a rucksack.

We bought some camping chairs and a couple of fleeces. Louise was very helpful and explained about the Go Outdoors loyalty card. You have to pay £5 for it, but it works out that you get excellent discounts and so it was well worth having for this purchase. Louise was very polite, good humoured and helpful - as were the rest of the staff. An excellent experience all round ! 😁

We shopped, as usual, at the Betws y Coed store which is near to home. As on every occasion, the staff are very customer friendly, efficient and their advice and guidance on products is always first class and knowledgeable

I went into the shop looking for some advice on local hiking trails and was greeted by excellent staff. Owen spent a lot of time giving me different options and advice on the best trails for a variety of different levels of experience. Others in the group also purchased some hiking items that were really good value.

Staff helful, very pleased with our purchase.
