Bought some new trainers on line , from go outdoors, ordered them , they arrived within a few days , look good feel great on ,got a great discount on the trainers ,after visiting the store to upgrade my membership, would definitely recommend you give them a visit .

I received my order but had to use click and collect service. I checked the rod instore to make sure it was OK. I got it home and found that it was the wrong one. I wanted a 10ft and got a 11ft so off I went to the store ( 2nd time) and they had a 10ft rod waiting for me. The bonus was that I got a £4.50 refund. That paid for the petrol, having to go twice. P.S. the staff were brilliant 👏.

Norman had good product knowledge and a desire to help that made buying quick and easy. it would be a 5* review were it not for an online order paid for in advance was not actually available in the store.

Went in today to get a fishing starter set for our daughter and Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable giving advise on what is best and places we could take her.

Fantastic experience at the Go Outdoors shop in Blackburn. Aaron helped me to reserve a wild bike and he talked me through the process professionally. His customer service was excellent! I was fully expecting to have to wait for a week for the bike to be ready but David the technician got the checks done very quickly and it was ready the next day. I would definitely use this shop again.

Absolutely fantastic advice and help today from staff.think his name was Aaron and he was very busy with several costumers.gave good feedback on a tent i needed and within no time the tent was packed up.so already now for Scotland

Came in for new walking boots, Lou was fab! She helped me pick the perfect boots that fit my needs for my walks. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

My husband and I came in to buy a tent, and the lady who helped us was absolutely lovely. She explained everything clearly and took the time to make sure we understood our options. She was friendly, patient, and a real credit to your team.

The young lady on the checkout was equally wonderful. Her customer service was outstanding, and she was so warm and welcoming.

Sometimes people come into a store having had a difficult day, and a simple act of kindness can make all the difference. The genuine friendliness and professionalism shown by these two members of staff really brightened my day, and I wanted to make sure they received the recognition they deserve.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get either of their names, but we were in the store at around 11:30 a.m. today, so I hope that helps you identify them and pass on my thanks.
