Really good experience in store
Really good experience in store! I picked up the north face hedgehog hiking boots and some socks. I didn’t get any of the staff names but the manager was great at checkout and the guy who was helping in the shoe section was very knowledgeable.

Staff are so friendly and helpful
David was so helpful in sorting my online order. I'd been emailed to say wait for the second email but I'd not heard any further so he went to check on our behalf and the order was already in store waiting for us. service was very quick and the berghaus coat we got for our daughter was a fantastic buy. we also decided to treat ourselves to a few items and we were served with such a bright, happy genuine smile

avoid and rude
I went to my local store the other day to see if I could get a repair on my bike I spoke to a female colleague and she had no clue about repairs even tho she claimed to be the head bike tec I asked if dan was still here as he as done work on my bikes befor and the negative reply I got about him off the colleague was vile bad mouthing him as he is no longer there I will no longer be shopping here and if anyone wants repairs avoid.

Went just to look and left with a few bargains
We went looking at BBQ’s for our caravan. A young lad came to help us possibly called “Ellis” was looking after camping on the morning of 09/03/26. He was most helpful. Then when we got to the checkout Amanda was most helpful too. The staff are always really good in the Chesterfield store. Although we didn’t get a bbq yesterday we left with a RAB coat (great price in the sale) and a rucksack with a great members offer. Thank you

Where's the wellies
Went to get some wellington boots. There was only 4 pairs in total on the shelves. All mens. Literally no others. Spoke to a member of sales who said they'd had a delivery. Can understand that the weather may have driven up demand but was disappointed. I did pick up a fleece though which was half price as a member. So not a wasted trip.

Great customer service
I’ve just bought a pair of hiking boots from Go Outdoors in Chesterfield. The customer service is excellent in this store. I was able to try on a few pairs of boots and got good advice from the sales assistant. The sales assistant at the till was excellent when I paid for my new boots. I would highly recommend shopping in this store.
