Fabulous staff with great friendly service...

The store is conveniently situated and a short walk from the railway station. Considering it is a smaller store I was able to find everything I needed and there was a good choice available. Mark was extremely helpful and gave excellent advice which is essential when purchasing footwear suitable for hiking. I will definitely be returning to this store due to it's location value for money and most importantly customer service.

What made my experience great? - Jade and members of her staff. I went in for a spare part and it was a difficult ask. They had to research the item extensively to find the correct part and supplier. It was a team effort and I was able to see how professionlly they worked together. So helpful. I have always supported GO Outdoors and will continue to do so.

Howard was very nice and helped me find everything I needed when I popped in today

Having not been into Huddersfield town centre for a long time, we decided on our way back to the car to pop in to go outdoors just to have a nosey.
WOW!
What a great experience . We were welcomed by Mark downstairs with a happy hello and smile and informing us he was available if we needed help ( not pushy at all ) We went upstairs to have a nosey and came accross some walking boots. The member of staff upstairs called Howard gave us fantastic customer service and lots of great information about the product (everyday is a learning day)
We went back downstairs to pay and Mark also gave us advice about wearing the boots around the house for an hour before walking in them outside.
The whole experience was great from start to finish. They both knew the products in the shop and gave us information we didn’t know.
The 2 gentlemen are a credit to your company.
I wish there was more 5 star customer service like this around.

Friendly, helpful welcome from Howard at the counter. I told him the items I required and he sent me upstairs to find the items. I approached the staircase an could overhear him telling his colleague what I was looking for and he was ready to assist before I even got to the first floor. Helpful advice as to products and how I could save money on this and further purchases without being pushy (Mark) fantastic friendly knowledgable service with a smile. I purchased more than initially intended because of the well informed competent service.

As usual this store is great. I went in to get my yearly waterproofing for my jackets and staff were fantastic yet again.

Visited GO Outdoors Express in Huddersfield last week and was treated to unrivalled customer service and information from the staff that was knowledgeable without being pushy. At no point did they give it the hard sell. Helpful and friendly and I would definitely shop there again.

Store is great and had everything I needed. Thank you to Steph who was a great help in picking the right coat for the winter season!

The staff in the shop in Huddersfield are always first rate. They really mean help when they say help. They guided you to the right purchase without pressing you. And I am constantly amazed at the value of the items.

This shop is a staple of my life as a walker. The service is personal and second to non I dealt with Mark who always advises me on the correct thing to buy for the activity that I am planning. Thanks to all the staff.
