Lovely friendly experience!
We were helped by Scott, he was so lovely and friendly, making jokes with us! He helped find something we thought was out of stock and helped with getting my boyfriend a new go outdoors card with his old one not working! He also informed us about student discounts making our visit really enjoyable!

New walking boots
I needed a new pair of walking boots in a hurry and fortunately Sarah from Go Outdoors in Keswick was on hand to offer advice on the most suitable boots for me. She was patient,friendly, helpful & gave me time to make my own decision. I got a great pair of comfy & practical boots & was able to wear them straight away & had no issues. Thank you Sarah.

Sarah was the best sales assistant I have seen in any outdoor shop. She wasn’t pushing me into a sale and she really helped me to get the best deal possible for the inflatable roll mat I purchased. She went above and beyond her role to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. Will definitely continue to use this store again.

No communication
Products were good, but no confirmation email to say they were ready to be collected.
After just over a week I went onto there website to check my order. I had to download a separate app to find out if they were ready to be collected or not. Turns out they've been at the shop for ages!
