Went into the bootle store yesterday trying to find a pair of boots for my 10 mile walk in August. I was helped by Paul c who used is great knowledge to help me and was a real delight to talk to. We narrowed it down to pairs of use but the sizes sadly was not in stock as half sizes are hard to come across. Paul then got me to try on another pair just to get a size reference as they would feel similar to the boots I want. I can’t thank Paul c enough for the help and knowledge he passed on. True gentlemen.

We visited Go Outdoors store Liverpool and were helped by Becky she was really polite and helped me choose the best coat for me. Nothing was too much trouble for her, very professional service.

I love going to Go Outdoors because I know I’ll always come out with an item I have bought for myself, a member of my family or a friend. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.

We came to get my wide footed husband walking shoes. Becky was so knowledgeable and helpful. Her advice was spot on and she explained everything and even found us the right socks. Wouldn’t get walking boots from anywhere else.

We were served by Becky and she was amazing. She took us everywhere we needed and was open to any questions and added in her own recommendations. She made sure I took the right sleeping bag according to my height and rather than being vague she took us everywhere straight away. She was amazing help and we would ask her for help again❤️

The customer service was very good. Becky listened to what it was i was looking for in a pair of walking shoes and responded really helpfully. She was friendly and understood the products she was selling. The choice of walkung boots and shoes was comprehensive and even included my awkward size!!

Went in for Duke of Edinburgh items fo my daughter, not an avid hiker so i needed assistance. Store assistant Paul was extremely helpful, not only finding us the items but also showing my daughter how to use them. Outstanding customer service!

I recently visited the shop today and had a great experience. I was picking up a couple of pairs of outdoor trousers and ended up grabbing a drink on the way out. The staff member, Jenny, was super helpful—she reminded me about their membership card scheme and even helped me track down a family member’s card to apply a discount. It made the whole shopping trip a lot smoother and saved me a few quid. Overall, great customer service and a really pleasant visit

I wish I could give 0 stars, customer service in this shop is actually shocking. Manager assists us, was totally rude and not at all helpful, asked for her name but she wouldn’t give it to us as she “wasn’t on shift” so why would you be in work and on the shop floor if you were not on shift, so Go Outdoors expect their staff to work for nothing now?

Sales assistant Jenny was very helpful aiding my purchase that utilised fifteen gift vouchers. She remained pleasant and supportive throughout the transaction, provide regular updates on current expenditure and the outstanding amount owed.
