Warmly welcomed when entering the store. Staff allowed the time to browse and were extremely helpful without being overbearing. Tricia was very knowledgeable and helpful. Store was well laid out with a good selection of products. Both husband and I left happy with our purchases.

Pleasant welcoming staff upon entering . Well laid out store . Good selection of quality products . Staff have good knowledge of items on show , with every question I had regarding specific criteria I needed from a product , were answered swiftly . Discounts are also available on a variety of products , and I purchased the item I was looking for . A very pleasant lady , Tricia , was the salesperson who dealt with me at the Llandudno store .

Chantal at the Llandudno store was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very helpful staff member Helen, found us exactly what we were looking for.

From the moment I walked in and asked for assistance, Helen couldn’t have been more helpful. She had excellent knowledge of their products in all departments, and initially only wanting a new coat, Helen’s assistance led to me buying new boots and pants along with other accessories too. She was very friendly and professional and I spent about an hour in the shop trying different things and having a good chat. Would highly recommend this store and especially Helen, she was fantastic.

Helen served me today, I purchased some walking boots. She was so helpful, kind and very friendly. She even asked if and when we were passing would we call in to see her. We certainly will.

Went to Go outdoors in Llandudno on Tuesday 17th Feb after 4 o'clock. I was looking for some excellent walking shoes. Martin listened to my needs, tried on the first pair he brought me and they were the ones I bought as they were perfect. And, Martin was due to finish at 4.30 (I didn't know this at the time) but he stayed with me till well after this time to ensure I was really happy with my choice.

We were looking for new footwear today and the support from Chantal was second to non. Chantal was friendly and approachable, spent time with us and listened to our needs. She was able to offer her expertise and knowledge of the products so we could make an informed choice. Thank you Chantal.

Shopping in Llandudno for waterproof over trousers - the only shop who had them in stock on the shop floor in several sizes for me to try was Go outdoors. They have generally had what I've wanted when I've wanted it for regular dog walking.
Today was no exception. Ably assisted by Tricia in a professional and friendly manner.

I had the privilege of dealing with Tricia. Very new to this hobby and did not have a clue what to look out for. She spoke at great lengths and not just to make money for the store, but from using her own experience. I've now got the perfect boots for my adventures. Refreshing to have helpful staff that actually know what they are on about!

First time buying from go outdoors and I got the membership for a fiver went in to purchase some hiking kit and my card haddent arrived the staff were amazing and understood the problem and used the store one so i wouldnt have to splash out the extra cash
