Josh and Casey were excellent, Josh at the till and Casey helping us with the Berghaus jackets.

Tom is very helpful and friendly, and he responds quickly to the client’s needs.

I was looking for a specific item not listed online. Josh at the Loughborough branch was so helpful locating the item in-store for me to purchase. Not only did he assist on the phone but helped when I arrived at the store.

Dale at the bikes section was very good throughout the process. He did an excellent job in servicing my bike. Really happy with it and happy with his customer service. Highly recommend!

I was served by Emily in the walking boot dept, she was very helpful and informative about new styles and boots etc I actually only went to buy a pair for my daughter but ended up buying myself a new pair as well 👍🏻

I visited the Loughborough store on the 5th February looking at walking boots.
Monica was extremely helpful and although she had other customers to assist, she was able to take the time to answer my questions, help with choosing the correct fit, and thanks to her I left with a new pair of boots.

I was served by Monica and Henry who both had alot of expertise about various things such as boots and bags. They were extremely helpful and also helped with using vouchers to purchase which I appreciated. Would 100% recommend with absolutely wonderful customer service across the board, thank you!

Emily was very helpful dealing with the various queries we had. The store is well organised with a good range of products.

Purchased several things using the click and collect option from Go Outdoors previously , always pleased with experience. However this time left us wondering .
Online checkout wouldn't accept my Member Card number and eventually had to connect with customer services to get them to sort it out successfully .
Confirmation email stated when the goods had arrived in store an email would be sent for us to collect .
This still hasn't arrived , we went instore three days ago to see if they had been delivered and they were and waiting for us to collect .
What disgruntled us about this was , the parcel had been opened , we questioned this and staff member informed us "The manager had opened it . "
Unbelievable behaviour , all he had to do was look at our order number on the website and find out it was two pairs of walking socks ,( which they sold in store but had not got the size we required in stock ! Hence us ordering on line . )
Initially we accepted this , but on getting home kept questioning WHY he felt he had to see what was inside .

Always a good range of layers and I found what I wanted at a good price! My members card had just expired but quickly renewed by Josh so that’s good for another year so no doubt I’ll be back soon for more kit!

I visited go outdoors loughborough and spotted a roof tent that I liked the look of. It was good to see the item before purchasing it,I ordered the tent and porch online and had it delivered,it was fairly easy to assemble and I'm very happy with it,just waiting for the right weekend to use it

I normally go to my store in Loughborough on my motorcycle but because of the weather I decided to try online. It arrived quickly and the sizes were spot on and good quality.
